I wouldn't get my hopes up. This display 31C looks to be the old prototype that was displayed several times in the past. You can tell by the container pod hinge. The final production version of the DX 31 has hinges with the "+" shape.

No. The Frontier online exclusive sets were much lower priced. The Delta online sets seem rather overpriced for what is included in them.

Just bear in mind that NY now require full upfront payment (including shipping cost) for online exclusives at the point of pre-order.

NY and their late to update release dates. Tamashii confirmed the release date at the end of last month.

Haha. I still ended up getting the cancellation email even though I never completed the checkout. At least there was never that false hope that I managed to bag one.

At least NY had the courtesy to let me know that the item was no longer available this time before I completed the checkout. It would have been worse if they'd let me complete the checkout and send me a cancellation email a few minutes later like they did in previous pre-orders. That would have been a real morale crusher.

Wasted opportunity indeed. Giving each of the Delta squadron 31s unique pods would have made them more desirable for me as a collector. As it stands, the only differences (with the exception of Chuck's) are the head units and color schemes.

I wonder what Bandai's plans are for the Sound Booster. It looked awesome the one (and only) time they used it in the anime.
