That was what I said. Then I bought the Cube for certain starwars games and Mario Cart Double Dash. I then bought the Xbox combo because Xbox can be used on HDTV. These days I dont spend a lot of time on games as much as I use to, though. That about sums up my feelings... I do have an X-Box also... its just not up my Alley. Maybe later tho... the Halo bug hasn't bitten me.

huh? sauron starts off as a humanoid, hedges all his bets into the One Ring, loses it and his body and the comes back as big burning eye o fire. lets a coupla hobbits toss the ring into a pit o lava and falls down and doesn't get up. there's the Mouth o Sauron, who isn't sauron per se.. but.. the mouth of... and there's the witch king, the guy on the big fell beast with the sword o flames, he's a human king who was corrupted by one of the rings o power given to the human kings of that time, he leads the other naz'guul. In the books Sauron had a new body already by the time of ROTK.

My main problem with MGS2 was that it was confusing. But now that I'm playing through again and actually paying attention to what they're saying it actually is pretty cool. I don't mind playing as Raiden. I think a big part is that people really wanted to play as Solid Snake and they're bitter about being suprised. And as for Dune, I've liked all of the books. Dune 6 just ended at a cliffhanger... I'll read his son's books just so I can have closure. Its just that Herbert gradually increased the scale of each book and everyone wanted Paul Muad'Dib back... I like Miles Teg etc... I just have to see what the finale of the Golden Path is. While it isn't Dune (nothing ever will be) he succeeded in creating a believable universe... and that's hard to do. Kojima did the same thing. MGS2 got really weird, but it does make a lot of sense now. I like em both. Sorry for the long post about "Herbertism" but I really love all of the Dune books!
