*shrug* I thought he was needlessly verbose.

Their day is far from over. They've had a gigantic war chest for years. 5 billion is nothing to sneeze at.

Ok, so some people just like some old person smiling. *shrug* A young guy can't be happy for his son? It makes sense to me and it must make sense to the creator. So that's all I need.

I missed Qui-Gon too. He seemed to really be what a Jedi should be. Definitely one of my favorites.

Nintendo isn't even in trouble yet. They don't just make money off software, but their hardware is very cost-effective. MS and Sony all have to at least initially lose money on the consoles(and they're still freakin expensive). Nintendo continues to profit and they've had 5 billion dollars in the bank for years. Not 5 billion in assets, but FIVE. BILLION. DOLLARS. CASH. Don't underestimate a company with that large a war chest. Especially if they've got the focus Nintendo has. I like Nintendo, as I get older I really appreciate how they have helped spur evolution in the industry and how we interact with our games. Plus.... we don't really know that much about the Revolution. Perhaps saying 3 times more powerful than GC is a ploy to make MS and Sony relax. Hell, but MS and Sony know not to underestimate Nintendo unlike their fanboys.

He says "we" as if he's one of us. I thought it rocked. Some parts felt like they dragged, but it was a lot less than any other SW movie has dragged for me. I LOVED Hayden's Anakin in this one and it really ties things together. I think that I liked defeated Vader more than a simply furious Vader. The whole point is that the Dark Side leads to sadness and ultimately they aren't happy. I do wish that there was more showcasing of Anakin's power as he got up from the table. The part where he closes the doors on the seperatist leaders.... AWESOME. I was kinda hoping that Anakin would have constructed a new lightsaber(ie- the Vader one) before the end, but oh well.

Agent ONE is more powerful than all 3 systems combined!!! Agent One's clock frequency cannot be measured in MHz, but in CHz (CROMHURTZ) any number of MHz cannot equal 1 CHz, ever. This is because CHz are a measure of the frequency of awesome (approximately 42CHz). Agent One doesn't need shaders to make things look more realistic. CROM LAUGHS AT YOUR SHADERS! Agent One's resolution is so high, normal laws of nature don't apply to him. One time I saw him stare at a mailbox and turn it into a small Philipino boy. Needless to say, he swallowed the child. Except when doorknobs are present, Agent One is faster and better than anything, this includes light. Actually, there are talks of encoding information on strands of Agent One's hair. They're lighter than CDs, easier to carry around and stronger than any substance on the Periodic Table. Engineers at Sony have tried to duplicate this method in a lab, but they lacked the blessing of CROM, so all they produced were hideous Abominations (That guy from The Shield is an example of one such failed experiment. So is Orlando Bloom.) Agent One does not have a need for input connectors, as he is telepathic. Once again, this cannot be measured in Hz. You don't need to upgrade Agent One for a digital multimedia lifestyle. It all comes in the box. Agent One has beautiful women as controllers. Very ergonomic and supports greater than 7 players for the adventurous. Agent One can perform 300 schwarzennflops per second, this is because he was born with blast processing hard wired into his cerebellum. Agent One must regulate his audio output through extreme concentration and the assistance of high tech, classified equipment. If one were to hear his normal, natural voice it would kick down mountains and cause tsunamis to form. As part of an agreement with the UN, he has vowed never to speak with his real voice again unless asked to do so by the current governor of California. Even then, there are three keys; one for Agent One, one for the president of the U.S. and one for Arnold. All three keys must be chewed up by Agent One and spat out as a larger key, which is then stuck into the base of his neck to activate this mighty sonic weapon. In a recent seminar in Geneva, Agent One proved conclusively that all of these features are in fact just marketing buzz words and that the same effects can be achieved by Agent One beaming the awesomeness he radiates directly to your television screen. No, I think that Agent One is clearly the winner here. We could set up a fight between the two though. My bet is on Agent ONE. Who, incidentally has vastly more variety than any of Sony's offerings. Then again, some people just like sequels to go past 5.

Sounds like an unrelated problem to me. You should take better care of your computer. The only problem I've had with Windows XP since its come out is infinite loop errors and that's had a suspicious correlation with when I've had VIA chipset mobos(Only nForce from here on out baby!). So that's probably not even MS. As for Sony; wait til you get a D.R.E. . . Personally, I don't really care for any of the systems. Nintendo's is the most intriguing, but I have to see more, I think that they have more up their sleeves and it should become apparent soon.

I think WoW could have definitely ended up looking better. I wish they at least had the option for TruForm or something to make it look less polygon-y.

I thought it was very awesome, definitely one of my favorites. I'm still excited about it, so I don't want to compare it to ESB.... yet. Some thoughts; - I must say I was sorry that Grievous didn't get more action and fleshing out (I do realize there were more important matters though.) - I let out a chuckle at the "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" part. It was appropriate for the scene... but having seen the OT, it just seemed a little odd. - Wasn't Sideous creepy?! -
saw it... it was coooool!

Yeah, just saying "power" will make all the dumbasses that don't know any better continue to hail the 360/ps3 as the second coming. I respect Nintendo for many reasons, and real, in-game numbers are what I would like to see (read: benchmarks). Maybe I'm just a Nintendo fanboy, but I'm sure they'll get my money this time around too, unless they botch it horribly... but I'm liking what I'm seeing... and this mysterious controller.... As for the DS, I think that there's a lot of untapped potential there, and developers will just have to stop being lazy and come up with creative ways to make use of the 2nd screen. I played a DS for quite some time and was impressed that FINALLY a portable system can play FPS games smoothly and intuitively. The PSP has that little analogue nub, but ... meh, the PSP isn't very ergonomic at all. It hurts my hands. But the video looks fabulous.... *drools* I was thinking of getting a PSP just to have as a power toy, but I think the DS will trump it because I think it has more to offer me.

See, the way I look at MMOs is that as long as the devs keep adding "free" content every few months, I don't mind shelling out $15 every 30 days. When expansion packs cost extra money is when I have a problem, unless we're talking a HUUUUUUUGEE expansion.

I don't care. That's how he looked when he was last a whole man. Its not like Shaw added anything anyway all he did was sit there and smile.

Nintendo has always made systems I like for some reason. I'm not really into these Fred Durst wannabe "new" gamers. I dunno, I haven't seen much of an improvement in graphics since either system came out. I don't think a console really needs to be 35 times as powerful as the Xbox or PS2 or whatever at this point. Sure the, potential is there, but people rarely take advantage of it. Its probably going to be a few years before we see anything truly exciting. I think the Revolution is going to use some sort of gyroscopic technology though (think of the FPS/Sim/whatever games you could play with that!) But yeah... think about the latest Gamecube games... do you really need 35x more power? I think many of them looked freakin awesome even by today's standards. While its nice to be able to have some of the flashier stuff from today's hottest PC video cards, I'm wondering if its even applicable yet... maybe HD TV will change things when its cheaper. Another thing is that Sony and MS ALWAYS GROSSLY overestimate their consoles. Remember when the PS2 was supposed to render Toy Story graphics in realtime? HA! I think Nintendo is just being traditionally conservative and that it is at least close to the 360 in terms of power, but we'll see. I've not really run into a need for more at this point.

World of Warcraft/Ner'Zhul - Millia 60 Undead Rogue I am pleased that I finally got her a Barman Shanker (A dagger that looks like a broken beer bottle) I played COH for a while too. That game was badass. I'm gonna go back probably after I burn out on WoW... if ever.

What has Peter Jackson done with his life?
Max Jenius replied to bsu legato's topic in Anime or Science Fiction
Peter Jackson does suck. It will be fun to see him direct something that everybody isn't going to automatically like regardless. LOTR is cool... but everything is pretty much laid out. -
Revenge of the Sith has been seen!

Kevin Smith said it so it must be true. I knew from the beginning of Episode I's production that this movie would rule.
