I’ve already resigned myself to going all in with Ryusoulger, I need all the souls.

The original Astro Megazord was something I always wanted as a child, so the new minipla is a nice alternative.

April’s HLJ haul.

Now I’ve got all four main Beast Wars Masterpiece figures.

The rest of the DX Ryusoulger stuff and role play gear (I’ve got a bunch of the collectibles already and want to hear all those different noises!)

(Also, figures that HLJ would still have the initial release Beginning Soul but not the current promotion Kata Soul)

That is a wonderful kit! The build is fun, parts separation is top-notch, and it’s really solid and fun to pose. It doesn’t have any off the issues that Exia has, namely the ankles.

It’s my plan to hold off in the hopes that the new GN frame they made makes it way into a new Exia, in addition to the rest of the Fab Four’s Gundams.

Megatron finally arrived from N-Y. Sat in preparation for about a week. He’s a ton of fun.

I had decided to go for store credit rather than wait on the VF-31A, and used it on him.

Do I regret it? Not really. I’ve already gotten 4 VF-31’s, with #5 on preorder, and after Dinobot, I’ve fallen for these BW Masterpiece figures.

It happened to mine, just one side though, so it still kinda works.

Though mine hasn’t left fighter since shortly after it arrived, so I haven’t had any trouble.

Wonderful little figure, transformation is a lot simpler than I expected. Did one transformation cycle, then back to fighter mode in flight on the stand, and into the Detolf!

March’s HLJ haul. I’ve got another package coming from N-Y soonish, (it went into preparation a couple days ago), containing another Gundam kit and Megatron to go opposite my new Optimus Primal.

Hopefully mine’s delivered today.

I love the look of fighter mode, it’s just so different from pretty much any other VF, and looks more like a futuristic space plane than most others.

Ordered mine from N-Y last night once I saw the preorder was open. Helps that yesterday was payday.

I figure I’m only going to do one of those this year.

My current plan is to skip Ivanov in favor of waiting for a Nora release next year, and get the VF-0D PF this year.

With the VF-31E and the -31S’s armor, I don’t want to spend all my money.

A few recent purchases came in.

I’ve been meaning to get Walkure Trap! for a while now, and picked up a couple other albums while shopping on CDJapan.

We just need a set of 1/60ish Walkure figures to set upon the radome.

Maybe part of Chuck’s super parts set...

I’ve got Kiva on preorder, and I definitely want his option set. I’m also waiting for Hibiki’s soonish reissue.

Just come in today from Amazon. Missed out on the preorder from HLJ.

Proportions are much nicer than the older figures, his coattails are actual cloth with a wire in the trailing edge, plus all his rings are individual little pieces that peg into his hands or belt carrier.

Now I'm on the fence regarding the missiles. I don't know if I really want them, but I don't want to miss out on getting a set.

And that means I'm probably gonna end up with a set.

My one and only Black Friday purchase this year. Actually arrived a couple days before Thanksgiving, and made the holiday much less stressful for me, I spent most of the day hiding from family.

(Couldn’t say no, $199, when the PS4 alone usually costs $299)

I'm really mostly interested in getting a Nora version, buuuuuuuuut...

I don't want to risk missing getting a 51, so I'll probably get Ivanov just in case they don't do Nora's.

I missed out on getting a VF-0D at retail (or any VF-0), so I don't want to take any chances with the 51.

SPACESHIPS!!!!

I’m only missing one ship, which is the one that comes with the Xbox/PS4 starter packs, which Ubisoft has said that it’ll probably be released solo in a later wave.

Starlink: The Battle for Atlas

The game appeals to a need for completion, and spaceships. Plus I’ve been having a lot of fun with it.

Whoops, set my alarm an hour late,

HLJ still has them available, along with the Kiva Figuarts.

I’m not a fan of installing the battroid mode clips. It looks really cool, but sliding them along the painted edge of the wing just makes me super nervous.

October’s HLJ box came in.

I now own 4/5 members of Delta Platoon, despite originally planning on just getting the -31J and -31C.

Guren SEITEN to go with my Lancelot Albion. I missed out on the original Robot Damashii releases, and these figures are pretty much the easiest way to get them at the moment, without paying too much.

And Gundam Love Phantom, because I love what was done with the design. They made Gundam Deathscythe out of Strike Freedom with a Noir Striker backpack. That’s the sort of “Gunpla is Freedom” that the Build series of shows is great for.

I’m gonna remain strong and wait for 1 Nora. 

(I say that, but I keep thinking, “what if they don’t get to Nora for whatever reason?, Might as well get Ivanov,  just in case.”

With the reissue of the 31F, I have now purchased double the VF-31s that I had originally planned.  I was planning on being happy with just the 31J and 31C, going for the red/blue matched set, Then I saw the color they used on the 31S, and just had to get that one too.

3/5 of Delta Platoon, might as well snag a 31F if/when the reissue pops up, go all the way and eventually get all five once they get around to releasing the 31E.

I was fine until I started spending more time here, several successful years avoiding valkyrie purchases, Though truthfully I can't say I regret any of my purchases, so I'm happy with how things turned out.

Other than the laser, mine is wonderful. I'll probably take a screwdriver to the hips, they are awfully tight and scary to move.

I'm definitely a fan. Aesthetically, I'd go in favor of the Arcadia. In terms of handling/posing, definitely the Bandai.

I put in a ticket with HLJ and a pic of the damage, so I'll have to wait and see what happens.

I'm gonna need a second Detolf.
