So crowd was a bit small....

Next, also from Sembangtoys booth, is the Kamen Riders, though mostly from Bandai's Figuarts line, because other versions just does not appeal to me....

GI Joe collector also turn up, although because their group is still new, the display is not as big as others. Still, they made quite an effort:

Hi guys...just want to update on local happenings lately. Unisel (http://www.unisel.edu.my/), a local University, under the Faculty of Art and Design, and with great support from the Dean, their staffs and students, for the first time has organised a toy enthusiasts event by inviting local collector group. And once again, Macross Fans Of Malaysia is invited to display their group collections. Though due to work constraints, only few of us managed to come. Luckily, other group turnouts were impressive and helped to make the event a memorable one. The dean was so impressed with the display that he personally pledges his support for this event to be held again next year! Anyways, as usual, on to the pictures that I managed to snap....not many, was shorthanded, pheww! to warm things up, let's go to the various items on display : Local collector forum, Sembangtoys managed to arrive with some of the more 'variety': You all remember MASK! Some Marvel figs And not forgetting the babes!

Dobber, no matter how many times I looked at your customised SV-51, it is STILL absolutely gorgeous!!!

I would also love to get my hands on another VF-11B, now that it is on sale at HK Collectibles! But, given my limited expendable funds, and the upcoming VF-17, VF-19, VF-25S renewal....I've got to be selective. Hope Yamato does not get the wrong signal and cancel the line, like what happen to Macross Zero series....

Love the kit, and love ur efforts....but yeah, could not afford it at that price, I better save up for the 1/3000 SDF-1 TV Version (as if ).

I might get all the variant...luckily they are not as many as the VF-1 series.

I like the Valks enough by itself.....but gimmicks is an added bonus . Yeah, they do drive up the price, but hey, picture this; your friends come over to see your prized Valk, first you transform it and they say yeah, cool, but is that it? Then you proceed to show off all its hidden gimmicks, your friends go 'oohs' and 'aahs'....then you look them straight in the eye, and deadpan the magic word ALL collectors been wanting,"...ANIME ACCURATE..." . And yes, I'm saving up for a VF-17 because it's SO worth it!

Hey, if you guys do want to sell your alto's, there's a lot of my friends over here who wouldn't mind buying them...for the right price of course . With the current inflation, they would probably prefer a more reasonably priced, used Alto Durandal than the more premium priced (maybe) Ozma's version....

Awww heck! If Bandai gonna come out with Ozma's version, which knowing Bandai they will, I'm in for it! Gonna look great side by side with my Alto Durandal...

Well, being overly optimistic and opportunist here, if anybody want to sell their Shin Kudo w/Ghost Booster set, please give me a holler...heh... I for one do not care about the resale value...so if breakage does occur, I'll probably just superglue it.
