This just came to me last night out of nowhere - "Why doesn't the SDF-1 have a Gerwalk mode?" It doesn't need to be the kind of Gerwalk mode the VF-1 has. Just some kind of transitional configuration between the Stormattacker and the Battlecruiser modes. The legs don't look like there's much that can be done with them, but since I know we got people who can draw and PhotoShop here, let's see some of your designs for an "intermediate" mode for the SDF-1.

I don't recommend playing it if you are thinking about using an emulator. The game is tough enough using the original Dreamcast controller, I don't think it will be playable using mapped keys on a PC because you are required to go crazy on the stick while firing and giving your Valk frequent boosts to evade enemy fire. Failing to keep any of the 3 key tasks going simultaneously usually results in your ass being blown out of the sky.

The Gundam FIX Figuration line started as toys based on the CG arts featured in Katoki's Gundam FIX column from Newtype magazine, which was later compiled and released in art book form. As the original book featured nothing but Gundams, they couldn't really release non-Gundam toys in the line, thus a separate name for the Zeon designs, never mind the fact that the GFF line now features many designs that never appeared in the Gundam FIX book.

Yes, that one-day-only deal was only limited to eBay store listings at fixed price. eBay used to have free listing days right after Thanksgiving and Xmas but now that they've grown big, fat and lazy, they only offer discount on optional fees like Buy It Now or Gallery once in a blue moon. These announcements were always made less than a 24 hours before the deal takes effect so you really need to have your auctions ready to go if you want to wait for discount days.

It's popular because Bandai is doing a multi-pronged approach to merchandising. Even if the new shows tend to suck most of the time, they are coming out with new products that appeal to fans of the older shows, basically milking all the goodwill they could besides suckering the kids with products from the newer shows. It's basically like Lucas and Hasbro. Star Wars toys still sell because people like the toys from the original trilogy, even if most agree the prequels sucked donkey balls.

Could you strip the original GFF Sentinel FAZZ down to a ZZ? I never opened mine but I didn't think it was an option.

OK I am confused... I thought the only GFF ZZs released so far is the Sentinel FAZZ. Which "original GFF" ZZ are you referring to?
