I think you missed Effect's point entirely. Bandai was upfront about there not being the Japanese original dialog track with MSG. They kept their mouth shut about changes to Zeta and even promised it'd be "uncut, unedited". Sales from the dub-only MSG DVDs must have been pretty awful for them to take the low road with Zeta.

Actually, we're being robbed of something that is *part of the show*, not just adding to it. It'd be like buying the new Star Wars DVDs only to find out that Lucasfilm removed the catina band's trademark music without telling anyone beforehand. That's just low. Plain low.

Just 2 versions - the regular version comes in a regular box featuring green text on black background. On sale for $52.99 at Best Buy until Saturday. The super duper deluxe limited edition does without the nice packaging but places the disc in a see-thru plastic cube, which also houses a Neo bust figure, plus a "collector's book(let)". That one's like a hundred bucks, not really worth the dough IMHO.

Nope, they were the new ones done for the Zeta DVD box released in Japan a few years ago. The ones done for the LD box was much better and closer to the style of the original designs.
