  1. Wow, that's kinda lame, they could be doing something like a MG Zaku Cannon, but noooo, instead we get a 1/100 maintenance bed instead after they ran out of Gundams to MG-lize. WTF?!
  2. Tico, you might want to check out this site: Cheap Ass Gamer It's the CNN for deals on games. The usual rule of thumb is to wait for game price to drop and never buy them new upon release. Most games eventually drop to $19.99 or less as long as you are willing to wait.
  3. I believe the images posted are of the prototypes Sony will be showing at E3. The console's design hasn't been finalized yet.
  4. Not only did she outlast Nicole, she even forces Jack to kill Tony.
  5. Just picked up the Ep 3 OST, didn't even know it's been out. The copies sold at Target has an exclusive track download, are there other chains that offers their exclusive tracks too? 13 minutes worth of end credits music... that's probably the longest evah!
  6. Wow, took him less than 24 hours to come up with something. <Vader>Impressive!</Vader>
  7. No, THIS is Double Owned. Added: For anyone with money to burn, CompUSA is having a 5 hour sale on SW stuff including this game between 5PM - 10PM today.
  8. That's funny...you told us that you had already seen the movie. So which is it, spoiler boy? You've either seen it or you haven't. I'd hate to think that you've been misleading us all this time. MGREXX, I give you the null set... You are a Zero. Wow, Friday the 13th just claimed its first victim.
  9. The Jegans are not released as part of the F91 line because they were already issued as part of the Char's Counterattack line, which only had the plain Jegan, no A or B type add-ons. The Guntank R-44 is the smallest kit in the F91 series, but it is also the only one that transforms. No accessories. The F91 is the only kit in the line to feature System Injection, with parts pre-molded in multiple colors (for example, the "F" and "91" on its shoulders are molded in red even though the shoulder parts are white) so no painting is necessary. It is also the largest kit in the series box-wise, because of all the accessories it comes with. The Heavygun is basically the F91 era's GM, with the G-Cannon being the Guncannon for the era. G-Cannon comes molded in apple green colors, I'd recommend priming it before you repaint the whole model. The Heavygun has more accessories than the G-Cannon but less than the F91. You should check out some of the Crossbone Vanguard kits... they are nice designs.
  10. Are you kidding? Even dog poo labeled as SEED Destiny sells.
  11. Seemed like a good opportunity to post my favorite picture ever. BK's new mascot is the damn creepiest and most disturbing one I've seen. WTF were they thinking when they approved the advertising campaign?!
  12. I happen to prefer G.I. Jane and Hannibal to his other more popular films. As for Steven Spielberg being the greatest...
  13. Dude that was from the mid 1980s. People had even bigger hair and tighter spandex back then.
  14. I would love a 1/3000 - 4000 scale ISD. Or a 1/20000 - 24000 Executor with blue fibre optics. A properly done Executor would be the mother of all SW kits. Second'd. These I'd gladly shell out 200 bucks for.
  15. No idea who that is. Go here and ID the one you are looking for.
  16. Doesn't sound too bad compared to a set that was missing a chunk of episodes in the middle and had "repeat" episodes in their place instead.
  17. If Galoob bothered to make one for their MicroFleets I think it's canon enough.
  18. That game has so many names... it's the only Gundam "MS simulator" game for DC. It's known as Gundam Side Story, Rise from the Ashes, Where The Colony Fell... etc.
  19. I'd rather see a TIE Bomber or, better yet, a Fine Molds TIE Defender instead...
  20. I had forgotten about the rail based missions, which was only from the campaign mode. On replays the Custom Pilot and Ace Modes get more play time. Lost War Chronicles was better than the White Dingo game on DC. Too bad the boneheads at Bandai US never brought it over.
  21. That's a shame, because they fixed the engine later and you got Lost War Chronicles and version 1.5 of Journey to Jaburo, whcih did not suck at all.
  22. Encounter in Space is a space-only MS combat action game from the team that developed the awful Journey to Jaburo. Thankfully the space freed them from a lousy gravity simulation engine and they made the action as fast-paced as possible. You might develop sore fingers initially but after you get a hang of it things aren't so bad. I preferred EiS over Capcom's Fed vs Zeon. The 3D models of the mecha are bigger on the screen and more detailed. There is also more variety - even MSV designs show up in some missions. Speaking of missions, they can get quite tough and you shouldn't rely too much on your wingmen. You can play the story mode featuring an original story starring the Unit 04 and Unit 05, or play Ace Pilot mode as one of the famous Aces from the OYW (many of them being MSV Aces). There is also a "create and develop your pilot" mode that allows you to customize your pilot's skills, which you can use in a one-on-one game. Overall this game has more replay value than Fed vs Zeon, which gets old after a while. Gundam vs Zeta is bad because they basically recycled the old game and only tweaked the engine a bit and added Zeta mecha and sold the game as new. It's an expansion disc at best. People expecting significant improvements in graphics and game engine, given how long it's been since the first game, were very disappointed.
