Kinda like the dynasty warriors gundam game...or any gundam game for that matter...they never get good reviews but a usually fun to play. Dynasty warriors gundam is repetitive but is also really addicting.

Playasia.com sells a really nice set of universal component cables for the PS3 that also handles the PS2, Wii, and Xbox360 with a switcher for $20-30. I've got one and was very impressed with the picture improvement over composite cables. Well worth the money.

Does anybody know of a DVD player that will play H263, H264 and MKV files? Its time to buy another DVD player and I'm hoping I can find something that will play all of the anime I download. Thanks.

I'm guessing but maybe some of the stuff seen in the canyon attack on the obsolisk. I'm thinking hovertank, kiki and motorbike, the ROV and net gun. Just a guess though. I got the SHCMP gundam for $30 at a local shop in the US. They have some special deal that gets them cheap gundam stuff. Even cheaper than I found stuff in japan.

Yeah its a theme park thing but I heard a murmer on the web that its out there if you look hard enough...I've looked and cannot find it.

Anybody know of a good site for getting the latest updates on the HCM-pro's, MG kits, and PG kits that are going to be released? I'm dying to know the 2008 lineup. That Super HCM pro Zaku (char's) is pretty cool Where do you guys pic your gundam stuff up? [i usually go through HLJ] Are the prices good?

Just go with SAL. Usually its about $10-12 shipping to the states for a medium size box. Yesterday I received a HLJ item that my wife ordered for me for x-mas.....too bad she mistakenly used EMS...for a small $14 item it was $19 shipping. EMS sucks!

How about some of the macross game characters for us hardcore fans. Maybe some one from VFX2 or M3. I wouldn't mind a character being the daughter or grand daughter of one of the original bridge bunnies (but didn't they all get killed). But I would want whatever guest character to be very minor. I wouldn't mind hearing some Fire Bomber when one of the MF characters is in a music shop or seeing a vid of fire bomber on a screen in a bar. That might be cool. Lets just hope that none of those rediculously painted Valkyries from Macross 7's amusement park celebration end up in it.

Hey Rock Band fans... if you end up having trouble with EA shipping out your replacement guitars or drum pedals contact harmonix directly. I got fed up with EA's BS, 40 min hold times and delays so I called harmonix and they hooked me up with a high level support rep at EA who offered me everything but the kitchen sink. I ended up with -3 free guitars (in addition to the one I already had being replaced) -3 free EA games for the PS3. -1 extra drum pedal in case mine ever fails...now I'm going to try hooking them both up at the same time. Cheers.

Get this... So I get Rock Band PS3 for x-mas and like most my guitar stops working correctly after a few days. I call EA (since they are doing support...I hate EA). They send out an guitar within 5 days that looks like some refurbashed, scratched up POS. I call EA back and they say they will send another but this one sits on a shipping dock for a week or so. After numerous attempts of sitting on hold (for 40 minutes per attempt) trying to get the right person at EA I decide to call Harmonix direct. Harmonix steps in and gets me one of the head support folks at EA. This guy totally hooks me up. I end up with: -5 guitars (I have to send 1 back) -Madden 08 (too bad they shipped me the 360 ed) -NHL 08 (too bad they shipped me the 360 ed) -Need for Speed Burnout -An extra drum pedal (I'm going to hook them both up at once) I'm awaiting an e-mail back about the wrong versions they sent but the guy is so cool he'll probably just tell me to keep them and send me new ps3 one's to boot. At least that's what I'm hoping happens. I also gave him some feedback about the rosters for NHL asking them to get them right and offered a goalie mini game suggestion that the developers said they might look into using. Moral of the story...if EA jerks you around call harmonix to get better support from EA. Rock on!

Saw it yesterday with the usually motion sick wife....she was totally fine. both of us enjoyed the movie and highly recommend it. Best monster movie in a very long time.

I'd do 500 but I'd wait until I'm at least 50 years old before I do it. I figure lifes pretty much downhill at 50 unless I do go into cryo. Wake up 500 years later, you have a ton of money from interest, some valuable vintage stuff in storage and a chance to get your body repaired or get a cyber body like Ghost in the shell. Than i can live a second life. Hell If I could get a cyber body like in GITS I'd do that within the next 10 years.

I'm happy that blu-ray is going to win...I really can't stand microsoft and toshiba The icing on the cake would be if the xbox360 was found to be utterly unworthy of a blu-ray upgrade making the PS3 the real winner. It would be hilarious if all blu-ray upgrade compents made the 360 go red ring of death... GO Blu-RAY!!

I saw the movies back in april or may and think they are way better than the anime. I thought the acting was good and even the subs were pretty good. I'd buy it if it were released in the states.

Can anyone tell me what the contents of Volume 8 of the new macross 7 remaster is. All I get are extras. Are there actually episodes on this disk?

I'm starting to think that Makoto Shinkai! is the next Myazaki-level creator in Anime. His works are phenominal.

Does anybody know of a DVR rip (aka ISO) torrent of the new macross plus remaster? Its not like its going to be released here so its probably legal to download. If I can get a copy I'll try ripping the audio from the english release and add it to the new remaster version.
