  1. Thanks JV, My son priced things out. I was wondering about the "sold" listings because it only goes back so far. Does the market fluctuate seasonly or is it pretty steady? I would imagine they might go up a small amount in the Fall before the holidays but wasn't sure. Thanks for your reply, really appreciate it.
  2. It's been a LONG time since I've been on this forum. My son used to collect growing up but now he's in college, his interests are changing. He's looking to sell some stuff to help fund both his textbooks and his other collecting passion, ice hockey. Since it's been so long I thought I'd run his pricing past the pros since he'd like to get the most for his stuff: Masterpiece Max and Miriyia - Never been taken out of the box - Based on *bay with a high BIN price ~$500 for the pair Non-macross: Gundam Deluxe Transforming GP02A, never taken out of box $80 Gundam Arch Enemy RX-72 never taken out of box $60 Gundam arch EnEMY GAT X-106 Aile Strike never taken out of box $60 Zoids Gustav Hasbro Model, never taken out of box $50 Too high? Too Low? TIA
  3. Buddha, Yeah, I know...Wasn't sure if I should post in the Other Anime or Games section. Maybe it should be moved???
  4. I'm sure some of you have seen this before, but I DL'd the freeware Super Sylph for FS2002 and converted it for CFS2 (easy step by steps available on the web) Even though it's only fun for about two minutes, maybe it might spark someone's interest in doing some sort of TC for MSCFS2??? Q
  5. Anyone know anything about this game? I've been trying to find out more info about the game from the web. The closest I've come is Aquasystem's own web site, but I can't read the Japanese. Even if I were to get my hands on a copy, would it play on a US Xbox? Hmmm...Just curious. TIA
  6. Sort of OT, but I was watching the VFX2 intro again, and thought I noticed a red stripe on the left (and maybe right) arm near the front. Anyone else notice that? If someone comes up with a decal or sticker sheet, just thought I might add that. Q PS-Thanks Tamim! aka Twin Moons!
  7. Sorry if this is a little OT, but I was wondering if anyone had any ideas what the future value/resale of the Koening might be. If it is not appropriate to reply in this thread, please just PM me. Thanks!
  8. Thanks for the info and link! Q
  9. Hi, Just getting back into modelling, and I was wondering what steps you could do to paint a transformable model to minimize chipping. I was thinking a good primer coat before the actual base color, but I was wondering what else you could do. Thanks! Q
  10. I've heard about accuracy issues, although I don't know enough about variants and paint schemes. I just thought it might be nice for those who wanted something a little better than a Motorworks (or whatever that is that they sell at WalMart) for a few more bucks. Uh, at least I think it's a little better :-) PS-Here is a link to the actual toy picture, not a great pic: http://www.perryaircraft.com/DIECASTAIRPLA...-14_Tomcat.html
  11. Sorry, here it is: http://www.franklinmint.com/Category.aspx?...ry_ID=43&Page=3
  12. I know this isn't Macross, but I've seen people banter back and forth about diecast F-14's so I thought I'd post this. Mods please feel free to delete if not appropriate. The Franklin Mint (Armour) has a 1:48 F-14, Black Night's CAG bird on sale for 22.50 plus 6.95 shipping. Not too bad. I got hit with tax, some of you may not. Hope some of you enjoy the deal!
  13. Sorry if this is OT, but since it was a model, I thought I would ask here. Mods, please move if needed! I was wondering how much these are worth now. I looked it up on MW: http://www.macrossworld.com/macross/models...ave_vf1735b.jpg But wanted to know the current street price, which is kind of hard to figure out since there aren't many out there... Oh, the VF17 and the VF19 both. I realize these kits are the ones without the metal parts too... Thanks for any input.
  14. Thanks guys, that's it exactly! My brother said it had a brown nose, and it was 1/48th scale. I think he picked it up for me already because he just couldn't stand the tension of waiting! (I live on the east coast, he lives in the bay area!) Thanks again for the pics and info! Kyu
  15. Or more precisely, Bronco Gerwalk. My brother saw a model and asked me if I wanted it, and I didn't know what it was. Looked on Google, and didn't find a match... Thanks guys! Kyu
