Yes!!!!! I got my money back! I went through my bank, Wells Fargo, and filed a fraud report. I kept all the emails that Wing Commander and I sent to eachother as well as the Paypal email for receipt of payment. It is only a provisional credit because they are taking the money from paypal, not Wing Commander. I have to wait and see if Paypal will dispute that, and they may freeze my acount. Who cares, I got my money back. But I did give enough evidence. I suggest those who paid by credit card, file a report, but do it right away! Hope it works out for all of you guys! Too bad I couldn't get the low vis, but atleast I got my money back. 1/48 Max and Millia here I come! Just curious, but anyone else settled anything with him?

And let me confirm when he said that there's no need to strengthen the stems with pins. If there were pins inserted, they would be there doing nothing. Just wanted to know if anyone here knows if the 1/48 Max and Millia will come with the TV style hands. It looks like it in the picture, but who knows. Just need to know that before I put an order down. An answer would be greatly appreciated.

Hey yall. Don't know if this has been asked before, but just want to know if I buy the armor separately, are the big hands included? I already have the 1/60 VF-1J super, and just want to buy the GBP armor. I just feel that if I get the GBP that it definitely needs the bigger hands. Anyone know if there are any more differences in what you get by buying the 1J with armor as opposed to armor by itself?

I'm startin' to get really f#$*kin pissed. I thought that paypal gave you atleast 60 days for fraud protection. 30 days.........What the hell is that? Maybe I can go through my credit card company. This may be stupid, but I'm willing to wait just a little bit longer just in case Wingcommander decides to have a conscience. Here's to hopin that he does the right thing.

Hey there Pfunk. Any update yet? It's past the end of the month, so I'm just dying to know whats going on. I emailed him a sympathetic email not too long ago, but received no reply. I would just like to know if he is correcting his problems and trying to do the right thing by shipping out what was paid for and not ripping people off. It's just really hard to wait this long. It's sad that it has come to this, but if he doesn't deliver soon, drastic measures may have to be taken. I'm sure I'm not alone on this.

Thanks for your efforts Pfunk. Really appreciate it. I'm just a bit confused on something. Wing Commander says that he will ship the items out as soon as he gets back. That's cool and all, but he has told me that he HAD shipped it out around mid december. So did he lie about shipping the things out, or is it just taking a while to get from Florida to California? That kind of scares me, because I don't know exactly what's going on. Hopefully, we'll find out soon enough. Just hope that things are taken care of with Wing Commander and that all will be well for him and his family.

Well Buddhafabio, where did you have it delivered to and how long did it take him to deliver it? I'm just curious because it's been close to a month now.

OH SHITZ! I just bought a low vis from him recently during the month of december and paid for it right away. We have been in contact until a week ago. He was on the straightshooters list so I figured he was alright. But now that I read this topic, I'm gettin a little worried. He hasn't responded to me emails lately but said that my low vis was sent out a few days ago. Were does Alex live anyway? Is it in the states or is he from another country? I didn't ask. And Alex, if your're reading this topic, don't get offended. It's just that since we are all in the same forum, it would just be nice to know exactly what's going on. Give us an answer Alex. Andy

Any one happen to have comparison pictures of the seats from the first issue compared to the second issue? It would greatly be appreciated.

The wing flaps.

I have included two pictures of some of the problems with the first issue. The first picture has the "pimple" on the face. I don't know if anyone else has this problem, but mine also have a John Travolta cleft chin thing going on too. And the second picture is of the skull insignia on the wing flaps. They are not aligned properly and are very close to the edge. If I knew that there was a reissue coming, I would've waited.

Sorry to sound dumb, but where does this blue roses design come from? Was it in any of the episodes or movies? What's the story behind it?

Well, I emailed him and he did say that it was a recent shipment of a month or so from Japan. But he doesn't know if its the reissue or not. Could he still have some of the original?
