Well, I seem to be in the VLB set (Very Lucky Bastards). My GF not only is my best friend, my lover... but also my ally on this 'big-robot-i'm-not-compensating-anything' thing. She encouraged me to buy my first 1/48 (let's say she afford the money for me just because she new how much I liked it, and also MP Prime, my 1/60 collection... Well, I'm one of those spanish strange specimen, the tranny ones, so I guess I'm spending tax refunds on those, and if I can, I'll get a 1/72 FP vf11 (I already have the non-FP version, but wth!). So, who knows, binaltech and maybe some mospeada stuff. BTW, I'd like to think that maybe next year, or the year after that, or in the 50th macross + anniversary we'll finally get a brand new yf-19. Mmmm... let me go on with my 2 cents: 1.- Keanu. Well, he is... just Keanu, as somebody stated earlier. He's got his limits and some caracters just don't... fit in him (...) 2.- Mighty Constantine: created by one of the masters, Alan Moore, who was inspired in Sting for the physical apparience and who knows how many other things. Conclussion: I bet Keanu is not blonde and, even with 30 beers or more in me, I CAN see the differences. And, last but not least, John Constantine is one of the most cocky caracters ever (how many people do you know that showed up a middle finger to the devil and are still alive ). Ufff.... well, let me put my little grain of sand on this as a programmer, not as a Maya user: The code you're showing us is this way: if (variable_master == 10 AND knee_flag == true) { unlink Atribute_1 from Object_I_knee link Atribute_2 to Object_I_knee disable knee_flag } else if (variable_master < 10 AND knee_flag == false) { unlink Atribute_2 from Object_I_knee link Atribute_1 to Object_I_knee enable knee_flag } Things to consider (keeping in mind that I don't know anything about the rest of the code): 1.- Not all the possibilities are taken under control in this if-then-else statement. This may cause a problem, due to the fact that in the rest of the cases (variable_master != 10 and flag=true, etc.) no action is performed. 2.- The flag: it shouldn't be modified in other parts of the code to avoid unexpected behaviour, if it's a 'key' to allow the linking/unlinking. I fear I can't tell anything more about the code without knowing the meaning of all the variables, specially VF_1_Master_Control.BATTROID and I_knee.keyableFlag... Interesting code, BTW Manu

I think he means that the style of the face clashes with the style of the body... which happens to be very realistic in porportion, detail, and style. It ends up suggesting a more womanly or realistic face to go with it, when the actual head model is a little bit simplistic and its proportions aren't realistic in comparison. So it ends up looking a little odd. The face itself also isn't very reminiscent of any of the Macross character design styles, and just doesn't quite "fit". But... take this criticism with a grain of salt... because the ill-fit is largely due to the figure being so well done. The posing is absolutely great. -Al Just what he said. Please don't get angry with me, but the lack of new macross items from Yamato, and the upcoming rumours of Macross-mania going definitely down on Japan, makes me think that seeing a new yf is gonna be very... difficult. At least, we got hope (I guess). NOPE! MONSTER II was announced WAY before the YF-19FP ever was~!(2000/01?) anyways I think with all the hype, the YF19FP will eventually come out. Believe me Shin, I would like the yf-19 to come out as much as many MW'ers. In fact, it's by far, my favourite valk in all modes, and some kind of frustration, because when I first joined MW was when the vf-19 came out and I couldn't get a yf-19 from Yamato. If a lovely backwards-winged valk comes out, sure I'll get two. SURE Manu
