So, I think there's no direct relation between Sheryl and Mao.

Darn, I was a bit drowsy and when I came to this forum I saw a thread "Ranka your Macross pilots" and suddenly have a disturbing image where a all pilot in Macross is replace by a green dog-haired girl who pilots their blob-valk while singing Aimo.....argh...the horror
