    What? No Kamjin or Kaifun? I probably choose Luca Reason Come on, he got his own valk-making company, a perfect son-in-law for a mecha-maniac-father.

    Well, the compendium said that VF-171 is easy to use, maybe not as powerfull as the VF-19/22, but for a mass produced grunt valk, I prefer a valk that is easily replaced while pilot training is faster (no need for Basara or Isamu type to handle the valk). With the introduction of VF-25/27, I say the next generation valk is the VF-25 while VF-27 is reserved for assault valk. VF-25 have all the characteristic of main force valk (several variant like squad commander, etc, and also can be equipped with FAST pack and Armoured pack). Not to mention the introduction of EX-Gear system mean the pilot could be handle the high-G performance of the new valk relatively easier compare with other model. On side note, NUNS decide not to adopt VF-19 as main fighter after they found out that most VF-19 stationed on some planet are strangely painted in red and came equipped with speakers and later, stolen by Basara. J/K

And like Pete said, by that time the singing contest is held, he would disguise himself in Minmay avatar or Basara avatar. I wish MW will held a contest for members and giving some them chance of winning MF merchandises.

    What surprised me on this episode is Sumeragi broadcasting herself to the Federation/Cataron/A-LAWS channel begging them to save the civilian, I guess her cover is blown by now. On the side note, I almost think that half of the Federation forces decided to help CB because CB have a hot commander and decided to defect to CB.

    Hmm, I want to see Misa in a skimpy Chinese outfit like Minmay, and than compare her with the military uniform. Hmm, something is missing here, we're discussing about Misa hotness and MisaForever is nowhere to be found, someone get him here ASAP, I think last time I saw him is in Klang thread.

    Episode 4 is freaking awesome.

    I have to disagree, S is for squad leader which mean leadership capability is much more important than skill. Look at Diamond Squadron, Gamlin is a much more seasoned pilot (and trained by Miriya herself), but he doesn't got his VF-17S. When Hikaru got his S, I doubt that none of his squad member could outrank him at that time.

    Damn, I couldn't recognize anything on TF2 new trailer, is that Scorponok near the end of the trailer?

    Or the attitude....imagine what happened if Isamu became a squadron leader. Hikaru may not be as good as Max, but his leadership capability is unquestionable, if he didn't dissapear with Misa, I bet he would be the fleet commander for SDF-3 Pioneer.....I mean Macross 7 colony fleet.

    I just saw MS IGLOO 2, now that was one awesome fed infantry action and somehow I feel sorry for the squad that tasted the heat tomahawk at close range. This is what I like about UC, realistic mecha movement with a realistic depiction of mecha sized machine gun. Can't wait for episode 2.
