The fact that Decepticons are going to be repaints blows big time. They already have a repainted Autobot so now they are going to use the mold a third time for a Decepticon?! Weak.

Well, like Exo mentioned, I think you need to target the people that aren't already hooked and showing off all of the accessories up front is more impressive to me than hiding them behind the toy. Personally, I am for smaller boxes too but I understand the need for the huge things. I guess if you're really desperate for space you could always...throw the boxes away. *gasp* How dare I say such a thing?!

Yeah, I like Anubis's DYRL picture. Also, I recently bought a poster from Blackaces which is basically the cover the Playstation DYRL game. It's got lots of blank space with a close up of Minmay's head and Hikaru and Misa standing together pointing into space. I think that would be a good shot. I like the way the art selections are going for the SDF TV box. Since so much of the show is devoted to the mecha, I like the fact that the characters will be at the featured on the box.

What are the cases made out of? Are these the metal boxes that I've heard about? If they are then I'm definitely interested in them and probably not just the Mac + one that I voted for.

Okay, that's pretty cool. If I liked the Alien movies enough I'd probably try and get it. Hmm...just thinking of other possibilities like Bobe-Patt mentioned.... Mazinger set where the DVDs stack in his head X-Men movie set where the DVDs are the wheels for Xavier's wheelchair Batman set where the DVDs hide either in his utility belt or emblem um...Jenna Jameson set where the DVDs hide....?!?!?!? Sorry that last suggestion came from thinking about other possible Mazinger sets.

I'm interested in a case for the Macross Plus stuff. Can anyone look for images for that? Now that we have price I think the hardest thing is going to be coordinating the images and deciding on that.

That gun looks pretty gray to me. I thought that the second run of Primes was going to have black guns. I've had as many as 5 Takara primes in my possession. I've seen enough of them. If Hasbro version goes on sale maybe I'll pick one up to leave in truck form or something. Heck, I'm still waiting to see Sideswipe on the shelf let alone Prime.

I don't know if I'm getting a refund. I think I should as I have a ton of things that I can deduct this year. If I get one I think I'm going to be boring and pay down some bills, but I may indulge in a 1/48 Hikaru VF-1S as I have my strike pack waiting for him. As for the refund stuff...I've heard that the average worker has enough money withheld from his paycheck so that their income tax liability is paid for in May. So remember, they call it a REFUND for a reason.

I always kind of picture Milia getting together with Max as kind of like Red Sonja. She would only be with a man that could best her in combat. I think that was the initial attraction and they it kind of wore off....after 7 kids..... I also think that their careers had to take them in separate paths.

Funny thing is I was scrolling from the bottom of the page to the top and I could swear that I was looking at the legs of a super poseable. I think it looks pretty sweet. I agree that $80 is way to much for the entire MPC line. ( I still wonder how much they are going to sell the Voltron lion sets for.) C'mon Toynami, when your LIMITED items can't retain their value doesn't that tell you something? The fact that none of your other MPC veritechs sold out after the 1st one doesn't tell you something about the price or quality? Unfortunately, I got burned buying Rick's MPC in the early goings but I think this may be a different story so I'm going to pre-order it anyway. If they are decent then I'll buy the others in the after market for cheaper.

Thanks, Myriad. In between downloading Naruto, I downloaded the first episode of Area 88. I have yet to watch it but I'm happy that I'll finally be able to watch it. I've been intrigued by the anime since the first OVA.

Bigger scale: 1/72 (I'd say that would be just about right.) I didn't know that they were goin' to ditch the 1/60's after the Monster and Q-Rau! Thanks for the 411. Yeah, I didn't realize they were ditching the scale. That's too bad. I gues we're not getting Glaugs or Regults. Anyway, my two cents would be 1/60 scale but if Yamato is truly ditching it then 1/72 is okay by me. At least they'd be in scale with the Mac Plus stuff. As nice as the 1/48 scale would be I'd prefer not to have to store the box for that sucker.

If I remember correctly from KidK's previous posts he said that this was a commissioned piece and that he wasn't really thinking of recasting it. If this changed let us know, KidK!!! And count me in for one.

Well, I for one am glad that we're getting ANY M0 stuff. Although it would be nice to have everything in the same scale my concern right now is shelf and storage space so something smaller is okay by me. As long as we get enough 1/100 scale stuff to make it worth while. I'm expecting a new arrival too. A roommate. Gotta pay for my Macross stuff somehow.

Of what I've seen of Orguss I've really enjoyed it. I have a few of the tapes from U.S. Renditions (at least I think that was the company). At the very least I liked it enough to get an Orgroid toy. There is the HK set but I remember someone was going to do a fansub of it, but now I can't remember which MW member was doing it.

In case you haven't heard it enough. That is a sweet custom. Hmm...6 pages worth of replies and I don't think I saw one offer to buy it. Surprising. Where are Jerry and ChristopherB??
