All three were compared: a 1/55 MPC veritech, 1/60 valkyrie, and a 1/55 MPC Alpha. The alpha does seem comparable in size to the 1/60 but they aren't the same scale. I'd rather have all my toys in the same scale than same sized. Imagine if the Beta did come out and it was the same size as the Alpha. How big a gyp would that be?

There are also some pics in the MPC thread from MW con 4 comparing the MPCs at 1/55 scale.

That's too bad. I'd like to see real figures of these assuming that these are just PVC type figures.

Well, I said I would buy the whole line of New Gen stuff but if and only if they are decent. I never blindly buy anything and I'm especially wary of anything Toynami puts out so it really depends on the quality of the line.

In the TV series there's that scene where Misa sees Max and Milia with their baby and she imagines that it's her and Hikaru with a baby. The baby that they show looks a lot like the baby in the picture that's been posted. I doubt it's Miku but it looks like they may have kept the look.

Apparently the Prime and BW Megatron are the most popular/best sellers of the bunch. I'm waiting for Starscream to come out in the second series. I think he's a great improvment over the old G1 version.

I was going to go back to the Takara booth to pick one of those up since they were only $5, but I forgot once I got caught up in the whole raffle frenzy.

I asked someone at Anime Expo and they straight from the ADV people, they said that when they get to those discs that had director's cuts, the platinum editions will have those same material. Anyone that has this, did they change the Japanese in the signs to be English like in the first DVDs or did they leave them in Japanese?

I like it. The yellow tipped nose and primarily gray body makes me think Elint, and there's nothing wrong with that. I like the view from the top but seems like there needs to be more black on the sides. Are you going to paint the head? The gleaming white head really stands out.

After reading through the thread, I have to agree with a bunch of them. Best: Zabuza, he kick major @$$, but Spike's death was good too. Yeah, you knew it was coming but it fit the series. Funniest: Kakizaki. I love watching Max's head turn as the missle goes flying by to hit Kakizaki's valk. Worst death because I was pissed about it: Hughes from FMA. He was my favorite supporting character!!! I think they did a good job since you actually CARED that he died and wasn't there specifically to be killed. Hey, Max, why is the Uchiha clan deaths funniest?!?!

I don't care what order these are released but these are some of the ones I'd like to see. Nora or Shin in flight suit (need an M0 connection since the series is still going) Claudia (to attach somehow to Roy from the second series) Gamlin (so I can display him grimacing behind Basara and Mylene) Isamu or Guldn flight suit Sharon Apple long haired (finally a figure that will make sense with clear hair or since they can make helmets for the pilots, how about short hair that can be swapped with the long hair)
