It already did... in Lost War Chronicles. Thanks to the retards in charge of Bandai America, this game (along with the PS2 edition of Giren's Greed) was never brought over like other PS2 Gundam games. Lost War Chronicles sports a vastly improved Journey to Jaburo engine. I have a feeling that Encounter in Space will probably suck like Journey to Jaburo (since these games are made by the same developer) and a year later they'll release a new game with a fine-tuned engine (like how Lost War Chronicles was a tweak on the Journey to Jaburo engine) which again will be a Japan-only title. Ever notice how when a Gundam model kit gets released in the U.S., they got a new or better version in Japan? Alot better. Seriously... if you even remotely like the PS2 version... you have to track down either the Arcade version or the DC version of the game. They look at least 10x better then the PS2 version. But screen shots won't tell you that, you need to see them in motion. The problem is... the PS2 was never made to handle DC games. Some DC to PS2 ports can show you that. And Fed vs Zeon was built on a Naomi board.... basically a DC.

Still.... they probably figured Roy was getting his ass to the sickbay or something... not that he was going to play guitar and eat pinaple salad. And besides... would he have survived if he had gone to the hospital? Most likely. WOuld he be able to fly a fighter again? I doubt it. You can't clip a birds wings and expect it to live. <_<

He probably figured out his time was up... and that he rathere spend his last few hours with the woman he loved then hooked up to some machine in a hospital. And I doubt the huge blood spot showed up right away... he probable patched himself up on the locker room or something.

They have gundam girls? They do! They look pretty cool too. I'm not sure in what art book they were featured in. Mahq.net used to have some of them.... but I can't seem to find the galery page anymore. Heres the Nu Gundam girl:

No. Bandai did strike a deal with bandai for a couple of games... so you never know. Right now... Gundam is exclusive of PS2 and GC.... more PS2 then GC.

That bad? I'd heard it was actaully a half-decent film. Well, you know. Back in the day when it was all the rage. At least it was the better one of the vg based movies... but thats not saying much, is it? <_<

You are wrong. Bandai does not develop games. Bandai is a publisher not a developer. Actually, Bandai does both. Sometimes they have other people do the games (usually arcade releases which Bandai then distributes on consoles) but it's usually Bandai making the games with some of their in house people. Don't forget that Bandai is a huge company that owns Gundam (literally, since Bandai owns Sunrise or whoever it is that makes the Gundam series). Its still not Bandai who develops. Take Vivendi for example... they own a bunch of devs, but when credit has to be given for the dev of a game, its Vivendis many dev houses that get the credit. The same with Bandai. If you look carefully in a game... you will find who really developed it. Banpresto is owned by Bandai... but in SRW games you still see the name Bampresto in it.

Thats why I said what I did in my last post. Its even more obvious in super sentai shows.... side character has stronger robot then main character, side character dies, main character gets the best robot. Although... one could argue that the 1s was not the shows signature VF.... the 1J was, as it is seen in the opening, not the 1S.

LOL! No wonder theres the Red Bull logo all over the place!

What the heck is that? A competition to see who looks silier falling off a bridge?
-
One or two seem to. The others....well, maybe it's like an "initiation" type of thing on one of the other forums. You know; if you want to be part of the "in" crowd you have to first troll the Macross Purist forums. Sounds like a competition to see who spits further or pisses higher. <_<

Really? I have only seen 1 serious troll post. If you are refering to the other friendly neighbor hood trolls.... they have been either quiet or have been civil to say the least. They are probably just praying for a second chance, like sk1 had. Do you really think they care about MW that much? <_<

You guys are all wrong... he died just so Hikaru could get the "Super" robot (the VF1S) of the show. <_

Being a Capcom fan and a fan of Federation vs. Zeon, I'm halfway with you there, Keith. But since AEUG vs. Titans is only in the arcades, we gotta wait for them to get around to doing a Japanese console version, then the English version... EiS looks like enough fun to at least kill the wait for AEUG vs. Titans. I just hope they do a good job porting the game. Rempu Vs Zeon really showed the PS2 inability of running Naomi based games. <_<

Professional pride? Naaaaaah. Seriously, I snicker at the subs sometimes, but a slong as long as they get the point across who cares. The only time I'm a little irritated about it is when they are almost completely opposite to what was actually said... or when I hear something in Engrish but it's not in the sub at all. Then it's like "WTF? What's going on here??" Seriously... if you want good subs, get the official release. Don't want to wait for it to be licensed? They shut up and enjoy the engrish... it was your choice after all.

If I remember well... it was either the Saturn version or the PSX version that had serious glitches. Capcom took most copies back and said they would rerelease the fixed game... but never got around to it.

Plenty of them.... at least some of the senior members. If you want to go.... go ahead and compile a list.

I agree. But EiS has a pretty interesting line up... and game modes. I think it deserves at least a rental.

Yeah, isn't it a great feeling? Vostok 7 Makes me all warm and fuzy inside.
