It's nice to see there's another Shiro Sagisu fan. =) I'll be sure to check out that CD.

I eventually found a torrent for the OST of EoE and it turns out that the song I was looking for is track 13 - Heisoku No Kakudai, which was composed by Shiro Sagisu!!!!!!!!!! I just LOVE the way this piece starts out...makes me melt. Thanks again for all the help. I GREATLY appreciate it! Edit: And I MUST say, I LOVE Shiro Sagisu's work!!!! He also created some of the songs that I LOVE on Macross II!!!!!! Such as Futari, Kizuna, Kyoukou Toppa, and Tsubasa (all found on Macross II OST Vol. 2.) I never knew he also composed pieces for Eva as well till today...! lkjasdfh I'm just in awe.... If neither of you have heard of any of his work....YOU SHOULD. So beautiful...! What I have are fansubs.... :X All I know is that it's the second part of EoE and it starts playing when Lilith's neck is slashed and the head starts to fall off. We see Rei on top of Shinji, Shinji asks if he's dead, Rei says that Shinji got his wish and they're in the LCL or something to that extent. I wasn't sure if it was two dvds or what with EoE. I did some more research and there is no "part 2"...it was just the fansub I got. So it's actually about 1 hr and 16 minutes into the movie when the song starts playing.

At about 29 mins and 14 seconds into the second part of EoE we see Lilith's neck get slashed a violin starts playing and then we see Rei on top of Shinji. The piece lasts for about 2 minutes and 45 seconds before another musical piece kicks in. I was hoping if anyone here would know the name of that piece that's played? Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Either of you ever seen this show? It's one of the weirdest shows I've ever seen. But it's starting to grow on me...cause it's so weird...it's different. Anyway, I was just wanting to know what you all thought; if any of you have seen it anyway.

Well, the NFL season comes to an end this weekend. Here come the playoffs! (Go Broncos! ...If they don't make it all the way...go Colts!) The FFL was fun, we should do it again next season. To those that paricipated or wanted to, what do you think?

What they all said above. Robotech: The Macross Saga was good imo, anything after that I didn't care for as far as Robotech goes. Macross TV is by far better though. Do yourself a favor and buy the repackaged Animeigo box set from Robotech.com, you won't be disappointed. ...And welcome to Macross World!

I can't see how it'd only be for movies. It's MS we're talking about here; they know their computers (360 is just a bleeding edge PC, like the PS3 will be). They're trying to promote High-Def. here; I can't imagine them limiting their systems like that. If you have multiple formats, then you have to release the games in multiple formats for the people who bought an Xbox 360. The games are already in HD anyway, it's only movies that are lacking (and there are actually some DVDs in HD... mostly Discovery channel specials and stuff). And frankly, the read rates on these brand new players will be atrociously slow. While you don't need a fast one for movies, and you can upgrade your computer's drives, you're stuck with the slow ones (like the 2x that's supposed to be in the PS3). Games have better load times for being on DVD. Not to mention that they're still working out the bugs on both formats, and no clear winner has been decided yet. 352323[/snapback] It wouldn't be smart to enable playing games on HD-DVDs? I figure if they're going have an HD-DVD player in their console, you'd at least enable it to play games on HD-DVDs as well. I mean...HD-DVDs do have more space than regular DVDs, right?

I just finished the entire series.... I must say, I'm very disappointed with the ending. I don't like the fact that they went their separate ways. Jin was looking for comrades, finally finds them and in the end just goes his own way. Fuu gave this sense that she didn't want the journey to end for she'd miss them...and yet they go their separate ways. And Mugen...he actually cares for Fuu and yet they go their separate ways. I think the ending would have been much better if they actually stuck together and did whatever...lived normal lives...something other than parting. I mean...what the hell? Was just reading further down in this thread to see that I'm not the only one disappointed with the ending.... Pretty much have the same views..... It's a good anime otherwise. Anyway, I just wanted to throw my thoughts out there.

Me? Cranky? Did you see the guys' post I was replying to? I'm just tired of all the b*tching. And "it's hollywood" is a valid excuse. They produce plenty of crap movies (Van Hellsing, Hulk anyone? I could go on). I was merely just stating that we should all take the movies for what they are and to stop crying so much. You think Marvel or Stan Lee would be willing to put out crap movies if they knew they'd alienate their fanbase to all hell and lose money, tarnishing their reputations? I'm sure they have some approval of these movies, otherwise I doubt we'd be seeing a third film. All in all, if you hate the movie, blame the creators, but stop crying about it. Man, you're cranky. Frankly, the X-Men movies WERE bad. They were little more than vapid plots used to ladle out two hours of fanservice with a big budget. Take away the X-Men name and they wouldn't have made half the money they did make thanks to fans. There's nothing wrong with being a fan, but at least be rational and understand that they could have been a hell of a lot better. The local 'EB I spoke with said the console was probably defective. I wouldn't have had to ask all of these people for help, but the night I bought these cables one of my guinea pigs got loose and ate the instructions that probably included the information about that little switch. As soon as you posted I looked at my 360's cable and didn't see the switch on the top of the plug, or its sides; what I should've checked was the bottom of it! Dave's succeeding post prompted me to practically rip the plug out while screaming "WHERE WHERE WHERE?!" at the top of my lungs, which is when I actually found it. This situation is even more ridiculous when 360 tech support never even mentioned it, and the self proclaimed experts at the 'EB told me that my console was probably defective. This brings me back to a point that I brought up earlier: the cd tray that takes discs on the outer side when the 360 is vertical, and this HD cable that has it's switch UNDERNEATH the plug, out of sight, makes me think that they didn't really think about the applications of some of their designs. I don't have a 360 yet, but I've read there's a switch that needs to be adjusted for SDTV or HDTV. If you've already done that...then it must be a problem with the console itself.

If you're using Windows XP, go to Start: Run and then type cmd . Type ipconfig and hit enter. Whatever IP is given for the Default Gateway, that's the IP of your router. For instance, mine is 192.168.1.1 . My modem IP is therefore 192.168.0.1 . Anyway, just type the IP in the address bar of your web browser and you should gain access. You may have to enter a password. If you do and you haven't already set one up, it's probably the default login and password. So it may very well be User: Admin Password: (leave blank) or User: Admin Password: Admin . Also, some routers are configured to have different IPs right off the bat, like my sister's is 192.168.2.1 . Anyway, good luck.

Is the XBox 360 Premium package a limited time only kind of thing? I can't remember if I read the rumor about this or what...or if I'm thinking of something else all together. I just remember reading about some kind of limited time only thing going on with MS.

You can never count on Walmart employees to set up anything correctly. Same goes for Best Buy and so forth. Have you guys ever seen some of the TVs on display? All they do is turn up the brightness and that's about it. The TVs then look crappy as all hell because they aren't properly adjusted for true colors and such. I guarantee you it looked like crap because they didn't do it properly.
