  2. Resin, of course.
  3. The For Sale section gets far less traffic than this one does. I think it's simply a matter of accepting the fact that inbit simply aren't popular enough. Time to hang the "we are now closed" sign and move on.
  4. It's starting to become painfully obvious that any type of inbit project is doomed to failure. How sad.
  5. 9 based on my count.
  6. Hey everyone. After my ill-fated attempt at getting the 1/10 Protector project going, I figured I'd give it one last go for an inbit project. My idea is to offer 1/48 purple Gurab kits. -As per all my previous offerings, these would be unbuilt, unpainted kits. -1/48 scale, so about 10.2cm tall when built -Will include optional beam cannons -Price would be $100 each. I would need a minimum of 30 orders to get the ball rolling. Who wants in? Oops, forgot to mention that this will be a [pay up front] project.
  7. Awesome links Chris, thanks! One thing that I always admired in Gundam modeling is the incessant innovation and out-pour of creativity. It really makes me want to take the Nu Ver Ka and augment it with some custom mods, get my scratchbuilding juices flowing again ^^
  8. 16.
  9. Just out of curiosity, what are the best forums for Gundam modeling? I know of Gundam Eclipse and Hobbyfanatics, but that's about it and I'd like to broaden my Gundam horizons. Thanks in advance!
  10. I've ventured into the realm of 3D printing for the first time early in the new year with the help of fellow MWer Tundrayeti. He highly recommended Ownage and I later understood why: the parts arrived without any need for post-finishing, they actually do that at the factory for you and they're also very careful when packing your parts for shipping... Not that it's really necessary since their printed parts are practically bullet-proof. Be prepared to pay extra for the finer finishing though. The image below is the finished product (sorry, not Anime-relevant.)
  11. Actually, if you read my first few posts, I did state that this would be a pay-up-front project.
  12. http://www.robotechcollections.fr/forum/viewtopic.php?t=481 Always loved that model. Beautifully proportioned!
  13. Those look almost like the old 1/48 Retppu inbit models from the late 80s! I get the impression that there will many inbits in my future...
  14. According to the people that have posted, 10 confirmed, need 20 more.
  15. I'll leave this open until the 18th. If I haven't amassed sufficient interest by then I'll just move on to other things.
  16. There would be a rather drastic price and size difference between the two. If people have a hard enough time finding a spare < 200 quatloos, then something 4 times the price just doesn't seem sensible.
  17. It was the Inbit Gurab... 1/48, I think. It was a long time ago now. I have to wonder if perhaps it wasn't simply a matter of timing too. It won't be higher than that, guaranteed.
  18. The Protector could definitely be a warm-up for a 1/72 N-Ger, I certainly wouldn't rule that out.
