    my buddy got his last thursday as well and there was NOTHING on disc 4...not a single episode or menu. Every other disc plays fine. I wonder if this is a common error or if he just got the shaft.

    has it ever been made public who owns these prototypes? I know some of the guys who designed the Diaclone/Transformers line own a lot of rare stuff like the first design for Convoy and God Bomber...among others. They should be in a toy museum in japan.

    that figure of the armored VF-1J launching all those missles is one of the coolest toys ive ever seen. in the first pic, the VF-1S head looks slightly more round and anime accurate, but i might be wrong and just be an odd angle.

    Patlabor is some of THE BEST anime of all time. I hold it up there with Akira and Macross (SDF and DYRL) The Patlabor series, except 3 is a masterpiece. Beautiful animation, great mech designs, suspense, murder, crime, drama...wonderful stuff.

    i know it sucks and im probably going to be just as upset when mine shows up and has flaws, but for a mass-produced 20 dollar toy, what do you expect? My revoltech patlabor didnt come with any weapons!
