  1. That was a pretty good episode.
  2. Honestly...never heard of this dude. I know Howard Chui.
  3. Actually, it has been confirmed since before E3 2005...it was never in the cards for PS1 and PS2 imports to be playable on the PS3...when the PS3 was first announced to be "region-less", it was made clear that it was only PS3 games. Only rumor and speculation even brought the PS1 and PS2 import scene into the equation. As of Oct 19th, it's still a no.
  4. Sorry...PS3 imports yes...PS1 and PS2 imports no.
  5. Sunday will be the 2nd-4th episodes re-run. Anyone who missed 'em now's your chance.
  6. Bootlegs when the real version is in the store= Bad.
  7. True...but the PS3 won't enhance PS2 games in any way this time around.
  8. No worse than this 360 launch line up a year ago: “Amped 3†(2K Sports) • “Call of Duty 2†(Activision Inc.) • “Condemned: Criminal Origins†(SEGA Corp.) • “FIFA Soccer 06 Road to 2006 FIFA World Cup†(Electronic Arts Inc.) • “GUN™†(Activision) • “Kameo: Elements of Power†(Microsoft Game Studios and Rare Ltd.) • “Madden NFL 06†(Electronic Arts) • “NBA 2K6†(2K Sports) • “NBA LIVE 06†(Electronic Arts) • “Need for Speed Most Wanted†(Electronic Arts) • “NHL 2K6†(2K Sports) • “Perfect Dark Zero†(Microsoft Game Studios and Rare Ltd.) • “Peter Jackson’s King Kong: The Official Game of the Movie†(Ubisoft) • “Project Gotham Racing 3†(Microsoft Game Studios and Bizarre Creations Ltd.) • “Quake 4™†(id Software and Activision) • “Ridge Racer 6†(Namco Ltd.) • “Tiger Woods PGA TOUR 06†(Electronic Arts) • “Tony Hawk’s American Wasteland†(Activision) Dreamcast still had the best launch lineup in console history.
  9. A building with a big sign that says "Tokyo"
  10. Sony Gamers Day 2006 http://www.gamespot.com/news/6160127.html
  11. Running Scared was good....hardly an "action flick". It was a theatrical release btw and a not a straight to video film.
  12. Yeah but what if his power grows in time and he can "keep" the power he gains for....much longer...even permanently.
  13. I saw a "One Night Stand" costume online.
  14. It appears again. Only thing that bothers me about Hollywood...how the hell do you draw a sword off your back (look at that Tsuka...it's frickin' long!)? It isn't possible unless the blade is of the Wak size and even then some would have a rough time.
  15. Like this kids costume? www.badplanet.com Never dealt with that site...but one of many that have...costumes. I used www.buycostumes.com this year for my Halloween hosting needs.
  16. I ordered that from Amazon...it came yesterday! Agree it's a great book.
  17. The Eclipse was cool in it's first 2 generations...it has now been "eclipsed" by most others now....
  18. I remember that too (The Spiderman show). I used to like that show when I was a kid.
  19. Actually there are a few from Japan, and even some from Singapore I think around the net. I know I even saw a couple last Halloween. There are quite a few masks on ebay already.
  20. Yeah, they did...better than the PS2's interface by a looong mile...I didn't care for it much at first but got used to it on PSP so I'm ok with it.
  21. I remember Japanese X-Men...friend had tapes of it. Wolverine's voice sounded psycho. It was pretty cool, though it was the same show.
  22. Good hands on report: http://www.2old2play.com/News/2old2play_Ha...view_of_the_Wii Good: games that are made for the controller are great Bad: everything else (ports )might not be so great Debatable: Sensor bar placement: 8-10 ft away and low/high is going to be tough for some people's set ups.
