eugimon: Pretty sure the problem is not related to DNS. If he has DNS problem, he wouldn't able to access the internet at all. I suspect it's ISP problem, which unfortunately we couldn't do more from our ends.

Actually, I also have this same problem a few days ago. My suggestion: wait a few days and see what happened. Sometimes this will solve the problem.

Well, I suspect this recent addition of the information maybe due to the need to explain ships like Global, which definitely build using SDF-1's design. Perhaps only Megaroad are used as Long Distance Colonization Fleet, but ships like Global are used as science vassal/ short distance colonization?
