    After looking at the pics available online of the Dragon Capsule, maybe I missed it but are there any manual controls in case "This is Space, it does not cooperate" happens, or is it strictly the touchscreen panels?

    Hi @sqidd Those Macross helmets are made by company called MASEI, it's been a while but I think there out of Hong Kong.

    The bubble I purchased was fairly thin so a sharp pair of scissors worked just fine, any rough edges the Visor pretty much hides. I think I cut about an inch off so it would fit. About a year ago or so I replace that bubble visor with an actual US Navy Green & Clear Visor for that real world look. I'll some pics tomorrow.

    Actually all of the Macross helmets that are still available are all Pre-painted & ready to wear. I specifically ordered my helmet as unpainted so I could customize it. If you want a Roy, Max or Hikaru just keep an eye on Ebay or Amazon and they still pop up for sale.

    Well it might be a motorcycle helmet under that custom body frame but these don't seem to be a holding a very high re-sale value like the YAMATO versions. I took mine apart years ago to customize it and while it's a motorcycle helmet, it's feel like a very simple & basic helmet as best, DOT approved or not. Over the past few years I've seen some of these Masei Helmets whether it be size S/M or L/XL go for as low as $55.00 plus shipping on Ebay. The seller has a 100% rating so at least he seems to be honest. This is how mine arrived years ago at my request: t r And then what it turned into:

    Awesome helmets @Kicker773 @sqidd I have one of these myself and for the price tag they're quite nice ( mine is set up as Shin Kudo's from Macross Zero), the Yamato's are better but they are quite pricey if you can even find one.     Actually making Inbit Mecha "Should" be quite doable considering that the Eager & Grob are smaller than the Legioss. I'm pretty sure the Garmo & Ghoss are the same size as the Legioss. Let's see how these new Legioss toys turn out QC wise and then bring on the enemy mecha!!

    Looking forward to the completed YF-30! I agree, I sure wish Bandai was better at re-issues, I'd love to have a Chronos without the aftermarket price tag.

    No problemo! And pretty much what @jenius said. If you do get a VF-1J Hikaru set, 1S Roy, GBP and all that. Put the Hikaru figure in the Roy VF-1S and you've got yourself an accurate Hikaru TV VF-1S w/fast packs. You'll be living the dream at that point.

    Yamato did but it only came with the VF-1J Hikaru, Max & Miria sets. It was never sold separately like the DYRL version.

    And now we are two. Finally had my second VF-4G shipped out from HLJ via DHL. For 1/100 scale it's a damn impressive toy.
