  1. Great builds and customs everyone! The power armor looks great @derex3592, paint job looks really good! @arbit Some Macross II Ishtar love, I like it! Ordered some Tamiya Clear coat and can finally finish up this custom ( I kind of went the Bandai DX route and went nuts on the decals that I had handy!). Yes, my 3 local hobby shops do NOT carry any Tamiya products, good thing for delivery.
  2. One step closer on the VF-1 Cavaliers. Decals and clearcoat are next!
  3. Done! When they asked how do you get your info about upcoming releases/events I gave MW an honorable mention.
  4. I'm on episode 2 right now and enjoying it. The creators of this show were definitely fans of Battle Royale... and I'm ok with that.
  5. Amazing! Nice to see Macross II getting some much needed love.
  6. GONE!!!!!!
  7. Nice!! I look forward to your WIP pics.
  8. Is that a model kit or the old Yamato toy?
  9. I'm waiting see what the weather will be like out here this year, the past three years we either had snow or 40 degree nights on the 31st. Fingers crossed for pleasant weather this Halloween.
  10. One step closer. My Tamiya red spray paint is on the way and with that I can finally finish painting it. Luckily the legs easily disconnect. Applying decals is going to be fun! 👍
  11. This!
  12. Thank you sir!
  13. The VF-1D & VT-1 have different cockpit/canopy designs. Not to mention the flight controls & screens. No HUD on a DYRL version. A VT-1 & VE-1 would have to be all new molds
  14. I definitely enjoyed this episode, very reminiscent of BoJack Horseman episode "Fish out of water".
  15. Nice! Looking forward to it. 👍
  16. That looks sooooo much better, it looks like an actual Ride-Armor now. Excellent job @Hikaru84 Now you need a custom figure to go with it.
  17. RIP Turd Ferguson aka Burt Reynolds aka Norm Macdonald.
  18. Awesome builds & projects everyone! Since having some free time from everything else I finally had a chance to work on my 1/48 VF Cavaliers project. Two things I noticed, this dark blue is quite difficult to photograph and masking off the legs for where the light bluish-gray is was trickier than I had anticipated but overall it turned out pretty darn good. (How to disassemble a VF-1 leg & everything else is 2nd nature now). Just waiting for some Tamiya semi gloss black, red & the other gray to arrive and then it's on to decals & clear coat.
  19. I think half the budget went solely to the cast.
