  1. There's some on Ebay already for the "Improved" price of $314.00
  2. Venus Wars & Cyber City 808 was 1992, back in the day with no Subs or Dubs yet. LOL I think I first saw Project A-ko in 1991 or 92 on VHS via US Manga Corps release. The days of video store rentals.
  3. I'm going with it's delayed at this point in time, Bandai doesn't make every brilliant decision in the world yet they know their YF-19's sold like wild fire and the YF-21 might even be more sought after, I say we give it time. Hell, we all for the most part the the HMR line & hopes of a Tomahawk were dead but here we are with a new Destroid, Hikaru 1S & VF-0S on the way. It'll happen just not right now.
  4. Minus Macross, VENUS WARS & Cyber City OEDO 808 were some of the first Anime I ever watched plus my beloved Project A-ko.
  5. I have three of these kits on the way and it's looking very much like no figure is included. Who here will be brave & skilled enough to make a custom Hiro figure?
  6. Moving is never fun, I've had to do it a few times. Hopefully you're back to your old routines soon enough & you can break out the goods!
  7. Nice!! @Lolicon I meant ask you, did you get a DX VF-1D and if so, did you paint the landing gear white?
  8. With a simple repair of swapping out bad shoulders for new Shapeways shoulders and we're good as new. If anyone else wants to do this repair and salvage the Old "Knurled" pins, make sure you file them down till they're nice & smooth. Also, for everything the new DX can do, the Yamato V.2 still has one advantage with its removable cockpit. 👍

Yeah, hopefully those colors are adjusted. I'd prefer to see it in more of a Desert Tan shade, time will tell with the final product.

A VF-0D would be sweet, even for a 1/100 scale toy, it would be a rather large Valk. Finger's crossed!

So they're not making the Tomahawk or is that just Bandai badly misspelling the word Tomahawk? Still, I'm excited on the 0S, may a, SV-51, 0A & 0D follow in the near future too!

OH HELL YA!!!!!! I am so getting that VF-0S & Tomahawk!
  13. That's one hell of a haul, I'll bet that Kairos cost you a pretty penny... but it's a damn impressive Valkyrie!
  14. While wondering if Arcadia would consider a reissue of the VF-1D, I came across this little gem and snapped it up right away. (No option parts but I can live without those for now) The toy for its age is extremely clean & snug, only issue are those dreaded cracked shoulders, luckily I have a spare set from Shapeways and know how to fix it, for what I paid for this VF-1D, a small repair is worth it. 👍
  15. It's a big problem with movies these days, relying so hard on nostalgia or worse, trying to recreate that lightning in a bottle effect vs. just creating something brand new. As I saw in one review that praised this film, it was because of all the Easter eggs & 1984 references that won that reviewer over. Though the worst I saw was one of the producers saying that this movie "Introduces Ghostbusters to a whole new generation". Just show them the original movie then, it's why after 37 years we still remember & quote the film. I'll watch this at some point but I'm in no rush and no not because of Jeremy's review.
  16. Absolute works of art, they look amazing!
  17. While I have zero interest in Macross Delta and the faster we put it behind us the better, the mecha in the series does look cool and if the VF-31A got a reissue with matching armor I'd be on board. A LOT of people do not like Macross II for similar reasons, however is Arcadia or Bandai produced a 1/60 VF-2SS+SAP & VF-2JA, PO night would be nuts. In other words you can dislike the series/story itself but still find the toys, model kits & figures appealing.

Yep! I'm on board for some HMR Macross Frontier Valks.
  19. She's a cutie! Careful watching any videos with her on YouTube... it becomes addictive. LOL And yep, she's my avatar.
  20. I would get one for sure, I have the DX VF-1D however I actually like the V.2 1/60's better. (And NO I didn't hit my head before typing that)
  21. This little goofball bundle of talent is Eunha from the group Gfriend.
