  1. I never get bored looking at the update pics MT, Looks awesome so far!!
  2. The 1/48 will remain king for me, I have now both Hikaru's VF-1S in both scales and with fast packs. Hands down the 1/48 is my favorite, size & durability!! It just looks so much more aggressive & deadlier! Oddly enough of all my 1/48 Valks, I've never had the wing-flaps or Airbrake come off or get super loose!! The 1/60 is nice, super poseable, detailed, its big plus of more tampo printing and in scale with my Zero & Mac Plus toys, but thats not an issue for me, Bigger is better!! And if NB4M were to make anymore 2 seater 1/48's I'll get one from him!!
  3. I have 4 VF-0B (2 Seater) kits, each one has the Macross Zero logo on the decal sheet. But for what ever reason the other kits do not have it.
  4. Such an amazing mecha design and well built kit!! Now we just need a 1/60 version with SAP and we're set!!
  5. I love the 1/72 scale Hasegawa kits and all, but a 1/48 scale YF-19, count me in, I'll make room for it some how!! Just imagine the detail it will offer!! If its like Hasegawa's 1/48 F-14D kits then I'm totally sold. Plus its really not that expensive!! If they want to make VF-1's, the VF-11B or VF-2SS in this scale as well, I would have no objections!!
  6. Its a must have item!! "Enemy ship is approaching, course of 107."
  7. If there is to be a 1/48 scale YF-19..... SOLD!!! And with it being a Hasegawa kit, the attention to detail will be mind blowing!!!
  8. Consider it done!!! You wonder if these DYRL Helmets sell well, Will Yamato attempt at making others like Mac Zero & Mac Plus??
  9. When I win the lottery or befriend Bill Gates, I'll get you one and a set for me!!!
  10. Pure Genius!! A++++
  11. Will you be doing a detailed review of this VF-11 when you get one? Curious what your impression is on Detail & quality!!
  12. Well worth the wait MT, looks fantastic!! Also thank you for the modeling tips you sent me, Hopefully in a month or so i'll have something to show off!!
  13. We should live so long!! Maybe one of these days if scream loud enough!!!
  14. The VT-1 is a trainer only, No weapons or Armor for the Arms are provided in the line art & DYRL movie. Its why Hikaru flips his fighter back over & hauls A$$ to get away!!
  15. Some day my friend, Some day the VF-2SS will get its day and respect and built in 1/60 with its S.A.P. & Drones!! But again Yamato, where is the VF-4????
  16. Thanks Nightmare!! I sure wish Yamato considered making that custom color scheme, Love it!!
  17. Just curious is that VF-1A a custom only a WIP for Yamato to release one day? Looks awesome!!
  18. SWEET!!!!!! Awesome pics man!!!
  19. Amazing pics Vegas, you indeed have one hell of a collection!!
  20. Its always interesting how Toy buyers have a different view over Model kit builders, And though neither of us is right or wrong, its good to see we can share our opinions. I admit if you are just starting out making in model kits and getting the paints, putty, brushes, Airbrush machine that can be a costly start. on the other hand it is not that bad, You do not need an entire can of Tamiya spray paint for a single VF-1A. And though "anime52k8" you disagree with my point (And thats cool) I do see your point on what makes the TOY a better deal at times... I also agree with "Vifam7" in that many kits being made now a days are easy to build, pre -molded in color Like the VF-25 and especially Gundam Kits. My main point was this, between the VF-0 fighters being a nightmare, the new V.2 Valks having (not a lot) but some breakage issues, even the YF-19 is prone to problems, I'd rather spend less $$$ for something more detailed that is just as good on Display as it is or on a raid to destroy a Zentradi or Vajra fleet!!! But again some like a Steak medium rare, others well done, you order what you like!!!
  21. I'll take the models first, for a few reasons, one is they are cheaper in most cases, better designed, about as sturdy as some of the newer toys, you can customize them anyway you want and theres no risk in it loosing face value as a "collectors items" down the road. As for the Toys, most of these are considered Collectors items and should be left on display only or still in its box. Not played with. The moment you try to customize a toy, there goes its value. (((( However if you never plan selling your toys, disregard this notion )))) With the model kits, knock yourself out!! Even though it takes a long time for you to build a model and paint it, etc. Theres a big sense of satisfaction when your done. Plus if it should break, its a model and a little glue never hurt anyone. Big difference when a $200.00+ toy needs to be super glued!!
  22. Now that we have another New thread for this topic, Lets get some Pictures posted!!! I'm liking this VF more & more!!
  23. Someone likes family guy!!! If the Girl above Cosplaying Sheryl were to do a Grace impression, I think David would fall over in Love!!
  24. We should live so long!! But if we Do... Hikaru, Max & Roy!!
