    I have my book somewhere that shows the transformation process, quite complicated!! But that scene where they transform to gerwalk looks so awesome!! And agreed danth, she is a Sexy Bird!!

    Was just watching MAC II for a bit last night. If toys are on the Horizon, I really want to see a VF-2JA 1/60!!

    Agreed, I bought my WAVE SDF-1 when they 1st came out, I like it so-so. But something like the SDF-1, heaven forbid a Macross Frontier, expensive or not, should be a Big Toy at 1/3000 scale minimal... But 1/2000 is even better!!

    It could be smaller at 1/3000 or remain at the proposed 1/2000 scale, Don't really care as long as the thing is built like a tank, has metal in it, no cracks, No shotty plastic and is detailed up the A$$!! Do all of that I'll save my $$$ for it!!

    So we've switched out Russian & Cuban/S.American forces for Chinese & Russian Troops. Call me crazy, I always liked the original the way it was!! But I guess thats just me.

    Its official, if it wasn't already that Hollywood is completely out of fresh ideas or creative writers. If you've seen the 1st Heavy Metal or like me ready the old Comics, its Old school animation, Bad A$$ soundtrack, fun, weird and trippy with a classical horrible script, but it was fun for the time. I just recently saw Heavy Metal 2000, ehhh, so-so at best. Another attempt at the franchise would have to be something truly jaw-dropping awesome!!

    Word!! I went an bought the CAPRICA DVD when it 1st came out, I thought it was awesome. I just hope the 1st season of episodes is just as good, if not better!!

    Best Frakin show of all time for me. Still sad to see it end. But we still have "THE PLAN" to watch, thats gonna awesome!! As for CAPRICA, I really hope its as enjoyable to watch.

    The Metal Siren takes time to grow on you. Its that Spear on the front of the nose in Fighter mode that really looks off. But Gerwalk & Battroid are awesome. Especially when blazing away with 2 Gun Pods at one time!! (Then again this comment is only accurate if you like MAC II designs, which I do!)

    Thank goodness!! Glad Hollywood came to its senses and not ruin one of the All time greats of Anime and one of my personal Favorites!!

    Glad to see there is some support here for Macross II mecha, its been said over & over to an annoying level that the story was not that good for the OVA, the Mecha, quit being haters, The VF-2SS is a deadly fighter and when it does come out one day in 1/60 scale, you smack talkers are gonna secretly be buying them, cause they are that awesome in design!! And as Dax415 said, Look at a Metal Siren and a VF-25. The way the wings mount on the back. The VF-1MS Metal Siren, Want one!!

    Your talking about these Valk's like they are real machines....... Its Anime, creativity, art work, labor and design. All of which the VF-2SS, VF-2JA and the Metal Siren have. The VF2 Rail gun is awesome!! If this story had been done by Kawamori, people wouldn't be haters on this series. I am still always amazed how this series & mecha get treated like crap, when every other Macross series gets the respect it deserves. Its still MACROSS one way or the other, despite who designed the Mecha, no one goes Bananas when a new character designer takes over....... If Yamato or Bandai made Macross II Valkyries in 1/60. Frak my credit cards, I'm getting minimal 2 of each, thats how awesome they are!!!!!!!! Macross 4 life!!!!!!

    So its 17 years later, I see. Hopefully it has some continuity with the original series, it will probably be small bits at best. Feels like forever since I've seen the Yamato movies, I need to watch them again. As for new toys & models, bring them on!!!
