The detail to the bridge and antenna arrays is beyond impressive MT, your Daedalus just keeps getting more awesome everytime, can't wait to see it all painted & lighted up!! Last year we had a major lightning storm here, knocked out power to half of Lawrence and pretty much fired out my hard-drive on my PC, the one time I go down the block for more than 15 minutes and left my PC on.... who knew. Keep the pics & updates coming!!

That is one frakking detailed Raptor Myersjessee, are their pilots with this kit? (Boomer, Helo...) I hope Moebius makes a Raptor, shes one sweet bird.

Mobile Suit Gundam has never been as good since 0080, 0083, F-91 & Char's Counter Attack. Even the The 08th MS Team was pretty fun to watch, but lately its gotten bad and this new series looks rancid. Good call charger69, that was my 1st thought.... looks like a non Red Vajra for a moment there.

yep, thats the Version one where the legs had to removed for transformation and yes the V.2 version has No window box. As far as the early 1/60's go both the VE-1 & VT-1 toys were the best IMO. Still I want to get a the newer V.2 design one of these days!!

I think it makes total sense especially that Navy vehicles are almost always Grey, personally like you I think the grey looks awesome on the Daedalus and Prometheus! Definitely a break from too much Blue. Again your custom SDF-1 is a Epic Win including the Bridge. Since my SDF-1 is still in the original box I am keeping it that way, but if I can find another one that needs some TLC I may take a swing at converting it like you did, to tempting not too!!

Thats the exact book shelf that I have too, I actually found the receipt and it showed the name Sauder Bookcase on it!! The same store is having one of its usual sales. I might get another one soon so I have enough room to put my Bandai SDF-1 & Roy Focker TV Helmet out (other Macross, Mospeada & BSG stuff too), my 1st case is pretty full at this point. Hopefully next month there will be a Yamato 1/3000 SDF-1 on there too!!

That is amazing, I never realized how good the old SDF-1 could look with some talented TLC!! The Bridge looks great and it can still transform. Just curious about the Daedalus & Prometheus as to why they are painted grey, is that a non-canon custom touch or just cause it looks really cool! (I guess I just grew up always seeing them painted blue). Hey YAMATO are you seeing this?? hint, hint!

You are so lucky to live in Japan, not just for the hobby shops (Food, culture, etc.) but the easy access of Macross & Other Anime related items, such a pain in the rear to get stuff here in the states these days (short of online) and when you do find them they sure seem over priced and a limited selection. When I lived in LA there were a handful of good shops, now living in KS my nearest Anime of any kind store is in Missouri...lame!! So when you walk into that Hobby shop Monday, have a big smile and remember its good to be in Japan!!

I was just looking at your pics, they do look alike. I got mine at a local furniture shop here in town (I forget who the maker is) but I'm pretty sure its the same one that comes in a long box with a 1000 parts to assemble (aka IKEA style) but cheap and works well, your VF-19 pics are making want to get one now!
