Don't feel bad Shaorin it happens, I did something similar like that with my VF-0A+Ghost 1/72 kit years ago, Shin took a good hit but I was able to save it, BB's and Elmer's glue work wonders!!

Amazing Battlestar you have there Thom, you should take a picture of it next to the Galactica! I'm still waiting for the Pegasus to come out, but I will get one of these as well!! And as for you Benson, if you've never seen Battlestar you need to either get Netflix or drop some cash and get the BSG series, one of the best series ever made IMHO.

Can't see why they (The writers, producers, monkey with the tin cap) wouldn't set it in a 2003 or late 90's time frame, maybe CG I some Tomcats along with Super Hornets heading off to kick some bad guy ass, slap a hot girl in there somewhere, big battle at the end, Good guys win and some questionable hugs at the end, works for me. -

Not one store anywhere near me in KS carries Tamiya, only Testors or Model master which I'm never thrilled with. So I still do business with my Cali connection at Smith Bros Hobby center!

I agree with you Keith, sometimes Anime reboots can work out very well and DYRL is a great example of that, its funny in that I never really thought of DYRL as a reboot until you mentioned it. Though the uniforms, mecha, Zentradi, Meltrandi and our Baby the SDF-1 all got revamps yet the characters basically remained the same and overall the plot which I liked, since they took the best of the series and then made the movie. Hell they even kept most of the original score and music. Yes the anime intro for pachinko game is beyond frakking awesome, if a remake looked just like that and overall an accurate remake of the original series then I'm all in. Also if they want to replace the infamous DISCO scene, with a basic night club thats a change I wouldn't mind!
