Compared to the Yamato VF-0's the Arcadia VF-0A is quite sturdy. I have two Yamato VF-0's and both are a floppy mess.

Wouldn't that be funny to think an old Air Frame used for a Scifi flick is just sitting in the bone yard, next time we some Aircraft in a Syfy channel movie, we'll know where it came from. -

Just got mine in (Super fast from HLJ). The blue on the fins and other parts actually works very well on this Phoenix, I was very skeptical at first but I like it very much now. Compared to the Yamato Zeros this one much like the 0D is heavier, very sturdy and so far no floppy parts. And at least for mine the heatshield is grey not lavender in color as some pics suggested. Now the down side, just like the old Yamato Zeros I put Shin in the cockpit and rotated the seat.... Yep, the damn flight console popped right off, nothing some glue won't fix but still. If you're going to rotate it for Battroid mode do it at your own risk. Will transform it & post some pics later.

While tonight's episode was a bit better than last week, the writing and personalities of these characters leaves alot to be desired. If you watched tonight, the barber shop scene was more like dark humor... "Hey it's downtown LA, riots, screaming, shooting, people being shot 20 times in a row just a daily routine." Waiting for Walking Dead to come back.

This looks incredibly cool. What do you figure the price might be? The underwater scene with the EYE looking at Shin & Mao was creepy & awesome at the same time!

Dear Bandai, please make a V.2 VF-171 CF with Armor parts/weapons included and I'll easily buy 3 or 4, I really want this one but with all the issues & hassles the current version has, I'll pass for now.

I bought a Visor very similar to what you have, you definitely need to cut away a bit of the visor in order for it to fit. Mine is very snug but it's still better than the flat clear visor you get standard with these helmets.
