  1. I'd like to see Kevin Smith direct an X-Men film, unlike Singer he loves the comics!
  2. So far it's a really good show, well written and acted. No cheese detected yet.
  3. It's about time someone took a picture of Max's VF-1A with his 1J Fast packs applied, always wondered what it would look like.... it looks amazing Hornet!!
  4. The all black parts are not doing it for me either. Also the grey on the small stabilizers on the legs is almost a off-white color, needs to be darker like the Yamato 0S, or like in the Anime this toy is based on.
  5. Thank you for the bounty of info Tochiro, the fact that Evolution Toys said if this is successful that a VF-2JA Icarus would be another project for them, I am definitely keeping my pre-order.
  6. I didn't know what the pilot looked like till I got mine, my first thought "Hmmm, must be Ivanov's cousin!"
  7. Nothing like the sound Vinyl!!
  8. Excellent pictures Saburo, very crisp & clean!! Good thing your YF-29 Head lasers were good and straight!
  9. Thanks Saburo, so far my intakes are tight as can be. Gerwalk is it's most lethal looking mode IMO.
  10. I did, they were really warped/bent (Unlike my YF-25 there were no hard plastic type lasers) so I just took them off, personally I like the head better this way.
  11. -1/9 MOSPEADA .... would this scale be associated with Ride Armors?
  12. The new pilots, especially the VF-19 Advance are getting much better. This one is really cool!
  13. This is my first YF-29 and the color scheme on this bird really makes it look evil.... in a great way!!
  14. I'm gone from MW for less than a day and then I see this amazing thread!! So besides Shins 0A, Roy's 0S now we're getting a CF. Man my Visa card is starring at me... not in a good way.
  15. I actually have three of those kits, and sadly that's as close as we ever got. I think after 22 years of no Official Variable Toy ever made, I think this VF-2SS will sell very well and since money talks (loudly) maybe Bandai will give in or perhaps even Arcadia and build their own version..... anything's possible.
  16. I used to think I simply didn't hear him knock or use the door bell, then twice I saw him drive right on by while finding the "Sorry We Missed You" card in my box, meaning he never even tried. Tell this to your PO Manager, they'll make sure your Postman rings the doorbell a few times from now on..... hopefully.
  17. Slim to none. If this VF-2SS should be a big seller and require demand for more variants, as well the SAP, possibly the VF-2JA & Metal Siren. Maybe then Bandai could possibly consider it. For now this is your best bet for one, Macross II released in 1993 and no one (Bandai or Yamato) has ever made a Variable toy from Mac II.
  18. Did you pay for EMS? If so they're supposed to come to your door for a signature. I think this is the second time this has happened to you, talk to your Post office manager to get this issue fixed. A few years my Postman did the same thing all the time, once I complained and asked for a solution it's never happened again.
  19. Just arrived this afternoon, that was some super fast shipping HLJ!!!
  20. It really is amazing how these girls can move their bodies, up to including their hips. Speaking of what's consider explicit in S. Korea, this Hello Venus video routine was done once live on stage in its entirety and that was it, had to be altered because Alice lifts the other girls shirts. 10,000 maniacs. Good times man, Good times!!
  21. ^^THIS!!^^ Still one of the best Anime intros ever!!
