  1. Fingers crossed!!!
  2. Pretty sure it's the episode "The Fortress" where Rand & Annie sneak into the Mountain base. (Yeah I know I used the RT names LOL)
  3. So I'm not the only one with this issue. Was pretty sure I was going to break it, luckily it didn't
  4. Looking good Saburo! Your collection keeps getting more & more impressive!
  5. Damn, that is awesome! Excellent job, can't wait to see the 2SS + SAP all attached!

Exactly and that's what make the HMR so amazing at this point. A smaller scale with 5 times the detail & accuracy.

No comparison between the two toys (minus the scale size). As I have the Evo 2SS, I can't wait to see my HMR 2SS's!
  8. Finally finished it tonight, really enjoyed season 2. Loved the soundtrack, solid acting and a great ending IMO. Can't wait to see what they come up with for Season 3.
  9. Congrats on getting one!! I missed out on Yamato's 1/48 & V.2 1/60's so I'm stoked for having Milia and soon Max! I look forward to your 1/48 pics!
  10. Kind of got a Sheryl & Ranka vibe for a moment, the crowd was stoked!!
  11. This is true, but if using the term "Re-imagined" that means that some "imagination" should be used. This is just a lazy attempt altering old scenes with slightly altered Mecha designs. Not to go off topic, but if you want to do "Re-imagined" you go the RDM Battlestar Galactica route.
  12. They're the only one's who would buy it with any kind of pride. I mean even if you love that rare RT nostalgia trip, this comic is a total boner killer.
  13. So are people actually buying this comic... like with actual money??
  14. Watched the first two episodes last night, so far I am enjoying and loving the soundtrack. The Ghostbusters scene when they get to school was hilarious!

That is one sweet looking group shot, love that Spartan pose!
  16. Amazing pic Saburo! I need to dig my VF-27 out now ,a shame to keep it in the box!
  17. Nicely done good sir! Now you just need Max!
  18. I'd add more to this but you've said this better than I could. When it's all said and done IMO I still give Evolution Toys credit for giving the VF-2SS a try, It's not terrible but leaves lots of room for a Version 2. Who knows, maybe this Legioss will be better than we think. (Though I'd rather see your 1/32 scale produced, that was the ultimate in design).
  19. See I've never minded the idea of parts swapping (well maybe not the whole damn toy, but a few parts), if you have to trade out the intakes out so it looks more accurate in Fighter vs. Soldier mode I'm cool with that. Landing gear looks pretty good from the angle shown, at least it's not cheap plastic (looks like die-cast). I'll wait for the reviews before I consider this one though.
  20. This is very true, even as a kid I always felt that their poseability/detail was limited including the hands (still a good toy as a kid!). But when they were on clearance at KB Toys it was a great time to buy them. I just wish that these toy companies would put some extra time & love into these Legioss designs the same way that Bandai & Yamato/Arcadia do with their Macross lines. No reason a modern made Legioss/Alpha can't be built as secure & detailed as the Arcadia VF-0S or the Bandai VF-31 DX.
  21. I think we're making sure this beautiful bird becomes a reality instead of Vapoware before we discuss it to pieces, fingers crossed it comes to life!
  22. Notice how the Arm & Shoulder don't lock into place, looks like the same design as Toynami. A shame that the older Gakken Legioss was more solid than these newer toys.
