It's not that hard to customize the mechanical hands from dyrl valkyrie, but one thing you have to take note is the fact that the male peg is on the arm armor. You just have to saw off the male peg on the dyrl mechanical hands and make new female slot to fix it on the arm armors. . The only thing I will be making gribe is yamato didn't include mechanical fist, just 1 sets instead of 2 sets like the TV hand.

This is the movie version with black stripes, not red & black as head pilot mentioned. I've seen them in my super plastic manual macross book and gold book I believe. Let me dig it out. Anyway, I am skeptical that Yamato will bring the variant out, but who cares and I'd get one if they do. That's what V2 is all about, complete line, all color paint scheme.....

Some of the preoders that I wanted will stop on 8/5 and they are gonna have summer break from 8/8 to 8/16. I wonder whether I can make it and I'm not sure whether they are shipping the CF 1A and VT-1 before or after their summer break. hmm.... indeed head pilot. This is what we call movie version VF-1A for Hikaru at the begining of the movie, not a mass produced generic VF-1A.

I really don't care about the various pieces of attachement plastics that came with every toy, they should have included these in VF-1D and Miria if not every toy. damn yamato.

The first thing I was yelling about it was the fact that it came in old crotch system, now with a close up pictures I realize it doesn't has the tempo printing as the CF 1J does... I thought I am the only one having the problem, so have you emailed them to tell them about it? I've tried it couple days and it is still the same. The later version does seem a bit loose in battroid mode, I like the first couple DYRL release better, tight and secured. All are easy as long as you figure out the way it works. It has nothing to do with the shoulders to judge it's TV or Movie. Head and hands do, head pilot.

Maybe will available in another wonderfest exclusive.... or maybe yamato online exclusive.... damn yamato.

ok, two issues here. First off the color looks great and that's the color that I wanted for my CF 1A. Lastly to my disappointment, they still have old crotch system for the CF 1A.

Dyno, it will only makes sense to me if the side covers are molded in dark gray color. Should have the side covers extend until shoulder instead of making a hole for the upper arm. I'm totally sold with Yamato V2 side covers.

I agree we could use those from DYRL, but color wise it won't match. Speaking of the fist, why on earth Yamato is giving 2 sets (4 pcs) of different pose TV hands while only 1 set of mechanical movie hands?
