The VF-1S Roy next to the Regult is supposed 1/60 scale. If that's outifted VF-1A TV Max, then it will look more like 1/48 scale which I don't think Yamato is intending to milk. The 1/60 scale is HOT now.

I don't think bandai cares about macross especially the vf-1, but I hope I am wrong.

You should claim some commas and full stops from yamato too.

I will add the Hi-Metal line in my collection, but that's just for the sakes of it being VF-1 that I love so much. I already have every copy from Yamato V2 that they have milked, which I am glad that they did it, so another whole line from Bandai is not for me. 1. Bandai may do a whole line for this, but they are late in the game. Many hardcore fans who will get the whole line, already have the V2 in collection, which is in good scale. 2. If Bandai is willing to do more milking the VF-1 variants, they could have done it many many years ago instead of sitting on the license doing nothing for the last 25 years.

You need to learn to play with the shoulder, it is adjustable and yours are falling like the 1/48.

I think it's all about proportion of the toy. 1/100 Bandai If you look at the Bandai 1/100, there is a huge gap between the legs and chest in battroid mode because the whole fulesage is not pushed up to minimize the gap. Anime accurate? It's subject to Anime's magic. 1/48 Yamato To concur the problem, the 1/48 has elongated chest plate to minimize gap. 1/60 Yamato The proportion of Yamato is all favored except the Head, I think Yamato could have done it without pushing the fuleage upwards, and move up the mounting point of the crotch instead. I could be wrong, maybe there are more things need to be considered to engineer a perfect transforming toy.
