  1. Does anyone know how many version/release of 1/60 VF-11B has been made? Any bugs that I need to look into?
  2. Bandai Bandai Bandai.... I waited 20 years for a new VF-1 toy line, apparently they are late in the game. Those launching arms are not included I assume.
  3. 1. V2 1/60 VF-1 2. V2 1/60 M+ 3. 1/60 Destroids 4. 1/60 Q-Rau 5. 1/3000 Yamato SDF-1 (coming soon)
  4. I know many said it's a ripped off from 1/55, but I don't see the resemblance. It only remind me the old Imai/Bandai 1/72 transformable kit, look at the intake, knee joints, legs, chest, ladder etc... The worst part is they can't figure out how to do the sliding fuselage because they were R&D (Review & Copy) on an old model kit that needed to swap fuselage, so the outcome was an enlongeted body from modern tooling on 30 years old blue print. Failed.
  5. clear canopy, new crotch, probably the first dyrl light gray color in new crotch.

I think HLJ is your best bet at this point for this kinda limited kit.
  8. well atleast they are using the exactly old box art with new company logo, Bandai redesigned all the box art when they took over all Imai kits in early 90s. The old Arii and Imai box art rules, just the mecha on white back ground with Text crossing vertically.
  9. sorry save it for yourself. A decent toy wins everything. A poo is still a poo even if wrapped with gold foil.
  10. Too bad that the other 2 destroids, Tomahawk and Phalanx are owened by Arii and in 1/100 scale.
  11. MPC VF-1 It's so poorly made and designed with today's industrial standard.

It's a matter of MOQ. Manufacturer always care about MOQ for what they produce. For example a steel mold may need 5,000 units of production to get it at a profitable margin to get a toy in production and sales. The resin may only need 100 units to get the production going on. I'm not in toy business so I don't know the MOQ for steel mold toy and resin, what I have given is an example.

  14. Actually it's not the shoulder, it should be that hip joints that slide up and down during transformation...
  15. For those who is ordering from HLJ, make sure you don't miss click the 1/2000 scale......lol
  16. IIRC the way they work with tax is (value + shipping) x 15.5% NOT Value x 15.5% + shipping That is huge different.
  17. Amiami has listed on their FAQ about cancellation: http://www.amiami.jp/shop/?set=english&vgform=SimpleForm&template=e_faq.html#OrderCancellation
  18. Super glue is the only way to do, regular super glue won't work coz it will will fog up the plastic. You should find something that work for resin in hobby shop. As for painting, I won't suggest that unless you are making stripes. The toy will basically scratch in many places since the V2 is very tight in joints and seams...

A 1/60 VF-1 Battroid sized Zentraedi definitely won't fit in that pod. The Zentraedi Soldier is a lot shorter than VF-1 Battroid, probably at the waist so I guess what it means is this pod is built to fit 1/60 scale Zentraedi soldier.
  20. Get it before HLJ sold out, it was backordered for quite a while...... More poisons...
  21. I think MG started from Hasegawa, I could be wrong. http://www.hlj.com/product/HSG65768
