Don't worry and forget about Yamato, you still can get matchbox tv version for a lot less. It is robust and reliable.

I grew up with TV version, and I have only seen the dyrl 10 years back but I love it. For some reasons, I like the dyrl better.

A complete head, but you have to remove the head to mount that belly plate/cover.

This is one nice looking valkyrie, but the transformation doesn't make too much sense to me since too many parts are blocking its way on every step. The tail fins and belly plates always blocking the process, but you will get used to it with couple more practice.

You've got good inspiration, I didn't notice that until you mention it.... I think he means it's very unlikely to see new scheme after AB and VF-X. I won't be surprised though if Yamato does reissue on previous releases.

It's been ommitted since the albino VF-1S, everything after that is clear canopy.

I believe so, unless Yamato is as creative as Hasegawa does with their own custom schemes.... I guess their custom schemes didn't do well in 1/48 scale previously so they are hesitate to do more on V2. There is no doubt that further additional schemes would be exclusive.

Got my copy today. It's absolutely a beautiful toy. The toy itself comes with a plain outer box ready to be shipped since it's an online mail order exclusive item I believe.

What? The price was revealed months ago, 32,800 yen, but you can get it for around 27,000 yen or $325 + shipping.

The blue & red color sticker in "A" are for L and R of the head, I could be wrong but I have 90% confident. The numbering in "B" is supposed to be white for tail fins.

That kinida suck. Hasegawa did a much better job as always.... Do you have picture of the sticker sheet? Is it sticker or water slide decal?

Nice, but I think you need to trim off the excess of the UN SPACY decal.
