  8. please guys.... I'm here to see people flame each other, not to find out another crazy sales after another one to drain my bank account. So tempting.
  9. Getting a 3,000 yen kit to upgrade a toy doesn't make much sense in my book, but to each of its own. I will do that if the kit has extra parts that you won't need for the injection kit. It's a great work to do though if you intend to go that route. 1/48 VF-1 Valkyrie Photo-Etched Parts: http://www.hlj.com/product/HSG65793

  13. Don't forget you can extend the four main spikes/antenas at the front end.
  14. The only thing that a toy manufacturer will do exclusive is they foresee it as "cold" item or low demand. Hence, only certain qty are going to be produced say 1,000 or 2,000 which limited to pre-order.
  15. I actually have to chase down the USPS truck to get my book today.... love it. Also, it's interesting to know that the landing gear below the cockpit actually have to pop out in battroid mode to make room for the rotation of pilot's seat.
  16. You basically need to brush over the entire surface of the ball to create mass so the ball will become larger and hence create tightness and friction when the ball pops into the socket for motion again. Do it progressivelly until you have created the tightness that you wanted.
  17. If my calculation is correct, a 1/3000 scale VF-1 is about 4.7mm in lenght and Global is close to 1mm at 0.67mm so sure need some steady hand.
  18. My bad, I was reading too fast. I also remember someone was complaining the Macross City is not removable and painted.
