It's just the daily rankings, yesterday OST 2 sold more than double Mariya Takeuchi did, and today, Mariya outsold OST 2 by just a few CDs. So there's still hope that OST 2 will make it as #1 in the weekly rankings, which is what really matters. OST 2 is doing quite well, the series has ended more than one week ago which means less publicity for the CD, and yet they managed to snag top 3 daily ranks. There is one concert before the weekly rankings are published, which I suppose should boost the sales, so I'm still hopeful it will get up there.

Hi guys, I was watching the Macross Radio through someone who uploaded it in nicovideo and apparently, episode 27 had some sort of timeline highlighting what events happened on which series. I put them together in the attached image. I think there's a tiny tidbit of when Ozma was born and it's around the time Fire Bomber became popular. I suppose there's nothing new except the "soshite... / and then..." at the end which means that we'd get more someday right?

I predicted that I'd be disappointed if the love triangle was not resolved and there were no deeper motives to the enemies, but surprisingly, I wasn't XD Maybe all the mecha porn and the song numbers covered up for everything! Love this episode, 9 of 10!!!

That sure felt like you meant ill to all Sheryl fans regardless of how they viewed the slap Sheryl made. Which of course I personally didn't want to see Sheryl throw in the first place. What would be better is if you said "payback for Sheryl" instead of the fans :\

That's it, actually, I don't find it fulfilling or enlightening to have enemies whose motive is just to rule the world. Or is a mad scientist. There has to be something else, because these are already beaten down themes. That's why I have hopes that there is something stunning about Birler's dreams, because it's not everyday that we find someone who wants to connect everyone with the hopes of communicating with this yet-unknown 'someone'. Aside from that, I still hope that Leon and Grace still have something else to reveal in the story than being someone who wants to dominate the world, and someone who's just mad (although I feel Leon is a lost cause). Or perhaps I just expect more, or something different. Here's to more revelations in the final episode.

But for what reason? Just to connect everyone? I'm ready for disappointment if that was it in a nutshell. I've accepted galaxy domination as the prime mover for Grace and perhaps Leon, but that in itself feels like a cliched motive, so I'm still looking forward to finding out who exactly Briler wants to communicate with to make a spectacular ending.

These are my wishes for the final episode, which is already so near: 1. Alto must make a definitive choice between Ranka and Sheryl. 2. The revelation as to why Grace, Leon, and/or Briler want to have a fold network must be so grand I'll fall off my seat.

I posted this in another forum: I can't see how Sheryl will lose in the triangle. She's just shown herself to be truly selflessly in love with Alto, and if he chooses Ranka, then who does Sheryl end up with? Or even... what does Sheryl end up with? Nothing? Or she gets her career back (back to square 1)? She dies? If Ranka loses Alto in the love triangle, she has friends and family to back her up. Sheryl asked Alto to leave and rescue Ranka... Really, what a woman, she deserves to be loved (if not by Alto, then by the audience) <3

You know what, when I first saw the design to Klan, her boobs were in the way (almost literally) of me seeing how good a character she is. I was trying to avoid criticizing how much larger they seem to look in episode 24 XD Besides, doesn't Klan get back problems with that weight on her chest? Or does she relax sometimes by micronizing? XD

Here's my final word: If it's RIP, you can clearly see a serif bar above I, so artistically speaking, if there isn't a bar below I, then that would be a T, hence RTP. If anything, I'll stand by TRIP, RIP, or R.T.P - until we get a clear-as-day screenshot.
