Thanks, It's 100% kit bashed. Part folded styrene and parts from a broken Patlabor model ,I think. I did what I could to scale it to the old Arii ship models. How big do you think Macross Quarter is compaired to SDF-1 Macross? Quarter the size of SDF?About,as big as SDF-1's leg? I was wondering. Seems similar in design to this Meltrandi gunboat though.

A couple shots of a resin Hikaru fan jet I got a few years ago from Hobbyfan. I almost thought it would never arrive.

These are Kit bashed models.<br />The SDF-1 was the ship verson that came with the Zentrati ship.I cut it up with an exacto knife to transform it.

Some of you may wonder: Why the crease through the Tablet? It is so it opens as a case. I don't have a personal copy of this without it. -

Without the words to the song we can't beat the Meltrandi...GorgBadolza -
Thank you, I should just post the printout version of it. It's made of foam-core/foam-board,printed glossy paper. Sealed on the edges with wood glue so the paint won't eat it up. Painted with gun metal metalizer paint. Then put the song in as a sticker and sealed the whole thing in crystal clear. This was actually made as part of a gift/resume to the Toynami CEO George Sohn. Both song tablets fold open to reveal images of sets and Macross miniatures used in my project Macross the Digi-Stop Motion. Each page was laminated and was kind of presented like a mini Hobby Japan or something. This was kind of difficult to put together overall since the original source image was so tiny. I had to re-type the written song in Zentrati font so,It may not be perfect. But,it is the song. The notes were pretty scuffed up in the original source image and did what I could to make them less washed together. It is likely, closer to the original image than the words tablet are. Glad you like it.I'll look for more images of them in storage.

It was kit bashed from a broken, plastic, closet door. Ya know those kind that fold up as you open it? I noticed that it was made of styrene plastic and being a bit of a Pac-rat I snagged it from the trash. I also had a box full of old broken Star Trek models that I used to add some of the details. I still have the set but it's back in Pittsburgh,Pa. I'll post more pics as I find them on disks I brought with me. It's fun to recycle junk into cool sets. I haven't had much time to lately.
