    In terms of fighter mode with the FP's, I found just taking the little bits off the backs of the legs helped. leaving them in is more trouble than its worth i think. In terms of the differences in the 2 places, a lot of that I put down to the fact this is a different fighter built almost 20 years later. I assume Yang tweaked her a little when he built her for Isamu, which resulted in some minor changes to the airframe. hence the features being different on the 2, and on the two toys. As to the toy, my only 2 issues that actually bug me are the right booster not staying on well, and the top of the hips.intakes/whatever they're called being gappy in gihhter, like they wont sit square. otherwise shes a lot of fun

    It extends up. Its cool u get a phenomenal range of motion from the neck joint, it looks awesome. Also i gotta say the wings hold the weight of the boosters incredibly well. The whole fighter is tight as a drum.

    Spanner hooked me up, so I got mine. Shes a beaut alright, but a little to complicated for my tastes. It feels like there are a few places where it takes 3 steps to do one thing. But the big issue for me is the Boosters. The right one does NOT stay on. At all. It just flips off. other one goes on fine, but the second... if i balance it in place and pray real hard i can fake it, but it ain't locking. Also are u supposed to kleep the small attachment in the upper legs on in Fighter when the FP's are on? Coz i couldn't do that either. Oh, and the hips were so tight i actually had to LOOSEN the screws. That was a first for me. Still, all in all, I think i like her. Gonna need to play with ehr a little first to make a final call though.

    i wouldnt even accept those for free. They'd just take room on my shelf I could use for better schemes. The 29 is in my Top 3 macross Fighters, and the toys are all great. i can;y wait for this one!

    i also can't wait till you get it and photograph her. Im more psyched to play with her without the packs than with.

    i dunno, I suspect they might. The Tamashii page says it includes one stand, but that may include the additional armature.

    I've been pretty generous with my love of UBW, but... yeah the last couple of episodes are pushing it for me. Episode 20 was better than 19, but that's not saying much, Its a shame, the show was doing SO well before. Anyway can i get some anime recommendations here? Something like Yamato 2199; a nice space opera set on ships in space. I'm trying crest of the stars and Towards the terra which are OK, but not quite what I'm after. i also suffered through Gundam Unicorn. So help a brother out?

    Oh I'm definitely not getting rid of my Arcadia. Different plnes, different times. I'm more likely to offload my 29 Isamu than my 19 Arcadia

    if they're paying return shipping and the item price, thats a decent enough deal. It sucks you lose the shipping to you, but then most international places i have dealt with have a similar policy.

    I think I'll leave it as Grace's plane. Maybe they'll do another later i can use as drones for Brera. Do u think they'll include the clear cockpit canop? i always kinda like how the 27 looks with those....

    i can't tell you how psyched i am for this toy. i want it very very badly. very. badly. Anyway I have nothing substantive to add, but i felt the need to say something so... there you go.

    VF-4: - Make the missiles lock on tighter, so the hip ones don't fall off in fighter - re-rig the belly doors so that they stay on better. YF-21/22 - Rear wheels lock into place extended - belly doors lock better - swap out cockpit canopies, with heat shields open and closed. - better fit for the fastpacks so they stay on better. And make the rifles lock onto the belly plates better -Better designed Guld figure -Swap out wings for alternating shapes. -tighter engine flaps VF-11B/C - Shield attachment point on the side of the arm, not the bottom - better locking heatshield. and make it so it cn be pulled out differently so its easier to grab and lock. - have the cockpit just drop, rather than come out. - hardpoints on the wings SV-51 - tighter all round - The wings need better locking mechanisms - better attachment of the gunpod and clips - Improved missile attachement -Daisy Cutter bomb.

    I think its inb the top 3 Yamato toys, personally. The heatshield is a pain i agree, but otherwise its super easy to transform and looks great in all modes. mine is still in great shape so many years and transformations later
