U know all this time, I misunderstood what the shoulder issue on the VF-1 was. I think I thought it was like the problems on the old Zeros. Then today I was skimming around Jenius's site and finally saw where the cracks occur in the shoulders. so i went and checked......and i have 4 cracked shoulders across 3 valks. VF-1J Hikaru, VF-1S Roy, and VF-1A Hikaru DYRL. Now i don't know if it's possible to get new shoulders still or not, but at the moment it doesn't seem to be. Since none had actually exploded yet, I decided to try something new; I used green stuff, a sculpting putty i use for toy customs. i filled the cracks and used a thin coat to help add some substance to the joints. Next I plan to try adding some thin layers of superglue to strengthen again, then add a small bit of paint to help hide the green colouring. We'll see how it works soon

i really need to grab Inferno and Smokescreen. Once i get those ones i should b happily up to date with figures I want!

Gyah, dont tell me that, I'm still wrestling with getting/not getting one. $230 Aussie shipped is still a hefty price tag though, So i just don't know. 4 years ago when I had a bigger disposable income this was a lot easier. Thats why i have so many VF-0's! Stupid being married...

i figured what the hell and grabbed a Roy 1S as well. With what I have and the 1D thats me done for TV Valks! well, i spose i could get the MnM's, but i may pass on those for now.

Ocunt me as one of the folk with a Canopy issue. I too have had the wrinkled thing happen to the coating. I rubbed it and most came off, so it's not super noticeable now, but its still there alright Does it have something to do with leaving the Valk in Battroid for so long? if so Ill have to check my other one when i get home

i have something like 8 VF-0's alogether, but only 2 with the Ghost packs, and they're the 2 I display. i didnt realise the Bay prices had gone up so much Also: has Yamato just given up on the Zero franchise? Where's the 0D, when we're getting Mac 7 stuff now?!

i think Ive mentioned htis around before, but i say get the 0S and 0A that came with the ghost boosters. Those are my defaults for both, and they remain the best overall for my money.

The Nightmare is so well and truly overdue now... I want to see some nice production images with colour and all the features showing before i make any final decisions. I'm not a HUGE fan of the Fire Valk, but i like to have the main ships from each series, and this is that. In fact Im still on the fence with Gamlins 22. It looks nice, but I HATE transforming those 20 series Valks...

It doesnt seem like anyione reads this but: Is Gamlins 22 any easier to transform than the 21? i know the belly hatches are a different size, so does that mean its any easier to fit the legs in at all?

All toys yellow sadly, its just inescapable. Hopefully u get a few years out of it first. Icve got Transformers from 10 years ago that are still fine, but a model kit from 6 years ago thats yellow as hell. Just grabbed a Kakizaki TV version 9FINALLY!) so I just need TV roy for my Vermillion team to be complete Thats the big 4 for me: TV Roy 1S, TV Hikaru 1J, and the Max and Kakizaki 1A's. I is now a Happy Scream Man

The 2003 Turtles was actually incredibly well done. It starts a little wonky, but only got better as it went. yeah its kiddy in places, but it's designed for kids so i didnt mind. but the turtles actually get hurt, including leo shell getting broken that stays on through to the end of season 5. Yeah Mikey is annoying, but then Mikey is always annoying, so no massive changes there. i own the whole series right up to Flash forward (which was OK at its BEST) and havent seen Back o The Sewers yet, but all in all its worth checking the show out.

i loved the hell out of HotRod as a kid, and will still by any Transformer in his red n flames deco, including aramada Hot Shot and Cybertron Excellion. but the recent TFA Rodimus is just badass in car mode. i Love that toy! Unrelated to rod's but: Is anyone over ther ein the states seeing Freeway Jazz from TFA on the shelves? ebay prices are ridiculous....

Other than making them cheaper, Im good with what Yamato/Bandai gives us. I dont think of Macross and Transformers as even remotely the same.

U know I did wonder about the lack of Targetmaster gun. That's aboutt he only thing missing from the rodimus package to give him everything! But yeah Ill still get the Japanese version.

And its worth getting them, both are great, though Rodimus is the better of the 2 i feel.

I just started rewatching Paranoia Agent after hearing this. Wonderful and creative series, truly one of the best mind-fart animes i can think of. Bravo once again sir.
