I dunno, I got the Ozma for about $260 AUD shipped. And 25F prices are so low because it's been released 4 times.

Now if they will just re-release the heavy Armour as well, that would be awesome.

I don't see why they wouldn't. They have done most every variation on the 25 series, including the prophecy, and they aren't done with it yet! if they were good toys, i would get the Movie VF-1's, because i don't have the Yamatos of those. And if Arcadia doesn't re-release the M&Ms, and the Bandais look comparable to the Yamatos enough to stand together, I'd get those too.

They're all Similar yes. Based on the same Foundation, sure. But definitely a different plane. there's alot more going on in a 29 than a 25 for example. And they're more different than the VF-1 variants, and we still buy those buy the bucketload... That's kind of you to say, but has not been my experience really. Unless i fully customise the paint, that seems to work out pretty well for me.

Except i panel line and do a lot of work on all my fighters, dropping their overall price. Which means i'd take a loss, have lost the time and energy I put in AND have to do it again on the new ones

i think for me the issue with a new VF-1 isn't about what they can improve, it's about what I have now. i have 7 VF-1's from Yamato, and if they do the M&M's again I'll go up to 9. if u average that to about $200 a plane that's $1400. Now for me collecting is about having a definitive version of a toy. the new Arcadia 19 surpassed the old one sop dramatically, it got replaced on my shelf, I dont display the older one. but the 1's are a great toy. The look good in both modes, they pose well, they're fun and easy to transform and they have decent detail and tampo. Sure there are fixes/changes you could make but... Do i need those fixes? Are they so much better that plonking down another $1400 to replace the ones i have is worth the effort? i honestly dont know what eatures a new 1 could incorporate to make me do that. Now I only got the TV 1's, so if Bandai makes some new ones and they look good i may grab some DYRL versions of the fighter. And i suppose if Arcadia DOESN'T release the M7M's i may get those 2. but I'm not starting again because the ones i have a great toys. Hell, The only reason I'll get Bandai's 19 is the SMS markings and different packs. If it was the Mac+ plane straight up i'd skip it; i already have a cool one of those!

Im not even sure if I like the boosters at all, i just like the idea of an SMS 19 is all. The armor is just a bonus

I think I said this earlier, but in case i didn't: i would buy a 0S and 0A Shin type with Ghost Packs again. i say that despite owning 4 0S's and 2 0A's. I would also buy a second 0S with reactive armor. I'd also buy a 51 again if they fixed the wings. I love Macross Zero.

i dunno if this will go exclusive or not. On one hand it's a pretty obscure plane all things considered, showing up for those 3 seconds in Sayonara no tsubasa. But then it's Isamu and its more or less the YF-19 with Fast Packs and SMS markings, which is pretty awesome for Mac Plus fans. And then countering that is that there is the Arcadia one that a lot of us got, and when u8 pay that much for something, do you really need another one. It's an interesting question. Here is the list of the Chogokin fighters. The 30, 29 Ozma and Prophecy were all mass release, while everything else this year was. That seems to indicate most of their stuff now WILL be TWSE,, which is good news for pre-orderers.
