man, I have trouble focusing on a toyline generally, let along just one macross line! As a rule i stick to Yamatoes for Macross. of course then theres, Sigma 6, Marvel legends, Legendary comic book heroes, Transformers, Saint Seiya, Stargate.....

im not in love with Max's A type either, but it is the one significant colour scheme that Yamato hasnt made. In fact im really surprised we never saw it in the 1/48 line.

i have up to the Asgard arc so far, and dont mind it, though it can be a bit painful at times. Plus the sub i have is a hong kong one, so it's a bit....well, frustrating. And yeah mention the armour. Seiya v3 was the first one i bought, and i knew nothing of the show, I just love magic armour and thought the toy looked cool. Ive since nearly finished getting every figure released. And for me the main hook as that diecast amrour; it adds such heft and weight to the figure, and really takes it up a notch in my estimation. i did some reviews on an Aussie toy site, but they got hacked and lost everything. If it ever gets fixed Ill try n find it, should u be curious.

good review mate u might want to make more of a mention of the armours diecast content, as that was one of the things that really sold me on the figures. Who should u review? i say do eevryone u can! English SS reviews are next to impossible to find, and when i was getting into the line i had a lot of trouble getting thoughts and opinions on the various figures.

I thought animated was heaps of fun! some awesome lines in it: "Solemn face, solemn face..." "I'm Bumblebee" "I'm Sari" "Don't be, I like my name!"

i played my first game last night as well. online play is tricky, especially since....i dunno id want to have some fun with it and sorta roll play a bit u know? I know when Im playign on my own i mumble "Fox 2" when i fire missiles, calmly announce RTb whjen going for a landing field, that sorta stuff. the people i managed to find online were all silent and grumpy.

mine didnt have the droopy fuselage at all. It and the Shin with ghost are my only 2 that dont.

I dont know if it's canon or not, but i put numbers on everything, so that they're all the same. in fact Im close to putting numbers on Ivanov, just so he has them like any aircraft would.

i too, doubt we'll see removable limbs.

id just bought the yamato 1/72 YF-19 for a ridiculous amoutn of money, and ended up here whilst lookign up stuff about it. Joined straight away (I beileve that was 2 forums ago) and then have been an off again/on again poster. i distinctly remember a thread about what plane numbers we all wanted to assign ourselves to put on our 1/60 CF's. i dont know what my number was though....

no matter what your musical tastes were previously, once in space learn to love j-pop. It will save your ass.

agreed, which eliminates one complaint many had about the 1S head on the 48. Im wonderign if the neck will extended out like on the Zeros, making them small profile in Fighter mode, and giving a range of motion in Battroid

he's right, the 25 is a pretty bird alright i hadnt thought abiout the smaller wing systems on characters as action figures, that's a great idea. If they make them removable in the same way as their Saint Seiya figures, that would be even better!

maybe, but it looks a little slimmer to me. It may very well be just the angle, but i suspect it will be a bit different.
