Just an update, but i'm now recieving lines for ASTRAY red frame, however, I wont be getting everyones lines in till probably the end of t his week, and than it'll be probably another week before it's available online.

Ah both pilots for the RX-78 and Strike were pussys I hope that Shinn guy kicks ass or I'll be mad about these whimpy kids getting powerful machines and all the drama. Personally I'll get the PG Strike, you can always get 1/48's, but Perfect Grades sell out fast online.....really fast....the moment I see one on the net I'm snatchin it.

From what I understand it's got the mariage colloid and some parts are suppose to be phase shift applicable.

Might be a good thing, probably lots of stuff that would need to be filled in for those 2 years to know just what exactly is going on. I don't doubt there will be events in the anime that were caused by the events spoken in the two year gap which DESTINY ASTRAY will take off from. But uh, anyone notice how V Gundam like the Astray there looks?

Is it just me or does this PG Strike have 15,000X's more the detail than that on the series itself, or let alone the models I'm actually shocked.

Its the gold kit for sure, after it's fight with Lowe, the gold frame was still missing it's arm which lowe still had on the ship, and it's head was destroyed due to the energy ball the Red Frame developed after a power overload surge. With that, Aube pretty much went and started recycling parts of Blitz after recovering that from it's fight with the Arch Angel and began to piece the Gold Frame together in what you see there....I think Rondo REALLy wants to kill Lowe.

Yeah, or they could have developed the story a bit, talking about how Shogo caved into the "system" and what happened to everyone else. Or how they discovered the city of Eden, things that just weren't explained one damn bit. I wanna know what happened to the trash pickers, Yui, everyone.....I hate it when sequals spiral you thru like a millinium or like a century and you just wanna see the regs again god grrrrrrrrrr

you know..... I think I'll lock this in my "vault" of anime which really ruined happy endings....to know Bishop is Shogo....that's just........wrong.......so utterly wrong. *sticks it with Matrix Revolutions and Macross II* Well......it wasn't HORRIBLE..........but it was needless to say........unnessessary to have made....a big waste of sponser money.

Okay I finished watching it, second part of it had better animation in my opinion, but what bugs me is the story it really makes no sense.....none..... Okay..........so like....EVE was WHERE NOW?! They find her at the very core of Eden.......yet shouldn't she have been in Bahamout? Shogo never wakes her up.....why should he bother? He just wanted to lead a normal life after that I bet....and he disappeared but where? Don't tell me that Bishop dude was Shogo.....nah.......can't remember him admiting to it. not to mention that Bishop Wong Ies was originaly from Megazone 23.....so if he's "hundreds of years old" just how much time passed since the end of part 2 into part 3? In part 2 it had been 6 months, but in here they treat it like a thousand years or something.....not too mention if not alot of people survived landing on Earth cause only a small portion of the Megazone landed, than it states 700 ppl commit suicide? First off.....what happened to that backdrop that 700 ppl commit suicide? What's up with that? That back drop just got totally wasted.....next up the "original" garland.......a thousand years old.........so that would mean.......after the two megazones launched.......and made their way back it'd been 500 years..........so the story probably took place 500 years later after part 2? I'm lost really.......I don't know if alot of consideration was taken into this OAV.....and Eiji Takanaka.....he wouldn't be related to Yui and Shogo could he? EVE makes that refernces when they find the old Garland, "Amazing it responded to your life data" ........so would that mean Eiji is somehow a decendant of Shogo and Yui? ........................................hmmmmmmmmmmm...........gah my head hurts.

I picked up Vol3 today at best buy, good deal too 13 bucks...almost got all 3 but I got the old vol1, vol2 on the computer and heh thought why not. But your right Keith, this OAV is a waste of time....I thought the animation at first was decent, nothing really wrong, but I noticed alot of stop motion....lots of frame skipping it's like one would move his arm, than suddenly he's on the other end of the room for example of the motion. The Garlands look okay, I mean very futuristic, and not so much Legioss like from the first and second volume. The english dubbers kind of suck, I feel sorry for them mostly, they're working with something that doesn't have the most fluent animation and bad expressions. Whats more is they seperate it into 2 episodes instead of just one massive movie....I hate that, sorta ruins the fun. However something I'd like to point out, in the dub it seems the girl who plays Ryo, the Voice Actor I think was singing in japanese....the character as you know wants to be a performer like EVE, and in that scene she sings with a song on the monitor, I can't tell if it's the original Japanese actress or if it's the English VA doing the singing! I'll try and take another look later, but I thought if that was the VA singing and not the original japanese actress........she did REALLY well.......majorly shocked cause I've never seen an English VA do that. Oh well off to watch the final part....

Well Wolfx, your freedom will look MUCH better than mine, I made a couple of dinks on it which I sorta regret, just horrible panel lining by accident which I'll have to live with.......think I'll probably never panel line a head again.

......................... is it just me......or does that shoulder cannon look like an exhaust muffler pipe? and they couldn't use that idea in previous BT's cause........why now?

I marked down each tree I found and all seemed acounted for, just guess one was hiding.......but i'm still rather upset of the damage......I truthfully blame UPS for this......since its going from New Jersey all the way to Taulitin, we get damaged boxes and even goods from UPS all the time at work......pisses us off cause they're expensive items like Headlights, molding strips, even windshields! I'll post some pictures soon!

Okay Freedom Gundam owners here's a question, just got my package, the box was damanged, and I mean wow......bent up box and packaging box and all.....opened the box and saw there's no shrink wrap around the model box, can't remember if it was like that for my Astray Red Frame though.... I took a look and made sure all the parts are in there, I count 16 trees from the instruction manual, but I only count 15 trees including the stand. Not only that, but should there be a plastic bag wrap with the stand inside? Cause there is nothing protecting the stand it's just on its own...... I'm really bothered by this since I just spent 55 bucks on this thing, the box is damaged and it looks as if there's a tree missing. NEVERMIND! Though the box is heavily damaged, all 16 parts are acounted for...just one of them was sorta hiddin.........thank god....wha a positive in my horrible day.
