You know its not that normal for them not releasing info on the next Master Grade....personally I'd be into some different SEED kits, a GINN or Providence....you know something. I can see more Zeta suits, since that seems to be going around lately with the Rick Dias and Hi Zaks releases.... I'm nearly ready to give up on my Burning Gundam I broke a piece of the lower leg and I'm having na hell of a time fitting stuff together and the joints are so damn stiff and rough that I really cut up my fingers trying to get the stuff to fit.

I did take some pictures of the Wing Zero I told you guys I'd customize, and I think I took some pictures of something else as well....can't remember what else I took a picture of...maybe it was my Blue Frame Astray....or my Rouge Strike.....that reminds me I need to take pictures of my 1/144 Meteor unit....heh... Like gimme hmmmmmmmmmmmm.....today's Thursday....paydays next wedensday......gimme till Saturday I'll have a new computer and if I can't get my DSL up and running over the weekend I do still have my dialup and I'll have ya guys ALOT of freaking pictures. But I did have a goof up on the legs of my Burning Gundam....I was painting the vent covers on the knee area...and I didn't tape off that area tight enough so there's lil aqua green/gray residue on it...I'll try using some thinner to get out as much as I can without damaging what I got on there now...shouldn't be too much of a problem. I looked for optional parts, I'll probably just have to make some out of what I can find for modeling parts...its like all the G Gundam hands are freaking rubber pieces and I HATE that. Yeah I finished that months ago it only took maybe 2 weeks to make. I'll have to snag the video file from a friend since I burned it to DVD with the subbie version and Blue Frame AND THANK GOD I DID! Ever found the Blue Frame raw? lol

I'mah rent the game tonight then after work I got a 3 day weekend starting tomorrow, not like I got anything better to do...(cough cough)

Finished Duel lastnight, it came out rather nicely done, almost exact like the box...minor mistakes but nothing huge. I did a bit of painting on certain "mechanical" aspects of Burning Gundam....mostly painting the vernier vent covers and finishing off the initial color scheme...I'm gonna try and remember to go buy some chalk pastel so I can experiment on doing a new style of panel lining since the lines are very thin that I don't wanna over lap with a gundam pen. At first glance I'm actually dissapointed...the hands are all rubber, that's horrible I'll probably buy some optional parts and make some better hands for it in the future...but I couldn't believe this rubber mold stuff it has which ruins the mechanic illusion so much....

I see commercials of it coming in Janurary on Sci/fi...I watched BSG last year thought it was really interesting thus far....never had the heart to play the game cause I wasn't sure if it was any good....so maybe I'll rent it and give it a shot with my ace piloting abilities

lol yeah I've been posting from work since late October hence why you see more morning and mid afternoon posts rather than late at night like I usually do. I'll have a new computer next friday, gonna cost me 1,100 dollars but its small enough of a desktop that I can use my work bench without comprimising space to much. I'm pretty sure the God (aka Burning) Gundam that I got says "Burning" on there, I'll double check when I get home. Remember that I keep bringing up a small lil hobby town shop near work? That's pretty much the ONLY source of Gundam models I can go too....I can order stuff from them and they sell it with a 5% mark up (they do 25% once its on shelf) on me. I'm really having to bust ass and custom work on the Duel...but yes they do sell SEED kits, have been for the last six months I think. They pretty much are only stocking right now SEED MSV's and 1/144 HG SEED kits. So I picked up a 1/100 HG Duel. The stuff I'm working on are coloring in Vent panels both Aqua Green, black and Silver in certain areas....I also had to paint the missile tips on the armor packs yellow as per the show...its lookin pretty acurate. I'm going to do alot of stuff to Burning to make him very Anime counterpart like...and if it goes well, I'll get Master Gundam....may as well now.

I got desperate lastnight and picked up 2 kits, I got a 1/100 Duel, but uh....I went ahead and bought a MG Burning Gundam........FORGIVE ME!!!!!!! GAAAAAAH! I'm just so bored without a computer!!!!

Was it really that bad? I don't truely remember the dub since I only watched it off the action channel once....hell didn't even really wanna see it but I was on a date and we couldn't agree on a movie in time so we caught this one as a last resort... But still I'm not big on chinese films, they're too far fetched in my opinion...friends love 'em but it's gotta have something dark and gloomy for me to get into...almost like the White Bride 2 or something.... I'm going to go try after work to go to Bestbuys and pick up a copy if they got it....if the movie truely sucks I'll get rid of it...I didn't like the first GitS movie much....so I'm not sure how I'll handle the sequal. _______________________________________________ Nope didn't see it on their website besides the movie and the series up to Vol5 so I'm not gonna go there tonight.

I read real briefly about it in Newtype, but I don't remember much of what this new goddess deal is suppose to be about, aren't those two married yet for pete's sakes?!

The same thing occured with Crouching Tiger film, in theaters it was Chinese with subtitles, I don't think at the time a dub existed till its in home release.

As far as I know, a Region one is coming out tomorrow but no dub exists which surprises me considering it wouldn't be hard to gather the original cast since a good percentage of 'em are doing the SAC series.

Am I right in assuming there could be a GM Sniper III in the model works from this picture? Afterall it looks very "modely"

I got the original 1/60 strike that had no armor options, it wasn't available at the time I got it. However, I do agree with Graham here that the 1/60 does have its differences to the 1/100 Impulse, but I generally like getting these size of kits since they will carry more detail and they're almost like nice lil collectables in my opinion. Plus it'll have its flight pack which is a must. But like I said, not gonna get it till Janurary after I get my new computer....can't be blowin money.

lol the 1/60 strike last year is basically a HG like the 1/100....I'd just wanna get it for the hell of it pretty much. Just a pleasent lil add on in my opinion.

Now that I' dlike to see, its just drawing in more suspisions of a Zeta counterpart tv show....mhmmmmmm I was taking a look at the 1/60 force impulse coming out next month, that's gonna be a must get on my list after I get my new computer in 2 weeks. Personally from the only..................2.......episodes I was able to see, Impulse isn't that bad visually.....but what do I know, I've only seen 2 episodes grrrrrrrr

what a load of crap they're only showing the movie in IL, HI, FL, NY and CA, that really blows! There's not a single place I can go too just to see this movie! Stupid Oregon!

After watching Volumes 1-7 over the weekend, both in English and Japanese, I don't think its bad at all. The dub is more impressive than the old 0079 AND CCA combined. The voices for the characters either seem to fit better than the old ones. Though the guy playing Char, aka Quatro seems to be doing an impression of the past VA, but almost better. Kamille's VA is spot on, and his acting isn't bad either, unlike previous VA's in past Gundam shows who can't yell worth squat him and Jerid's VA seem to do fairly well. Personally the voices for reappearing characters, Char, Amuro, Bright etc are better than the previous, however I do not like Hayato and Kai's VA's.....they're too deep espically Hayato's. The openings and closings being redone are a pain in the ass...I don't really enjoy it all that much but that's what the skip to next chapter is for thank god. Its just the same damn song over and over even retooled a bit from OP1 to OP2 I think. The animation restoration is fantastic, its better quality than my old stuff I got on tape, clean and colorful. Close up shots have so much shading and detail of the characters and mobile suits that I enjoy seeing that stuff on a timely basis. Although the added on explosions, and mechanical effects can be a tad bit much in certain episodes, it can help out since in the Japanese audio there could be ZERO sound going on, such as doors opening, footsteps, booster shots, that sorta deal. The cover art is fantastic, I love it alot, even the DVD menu, but I wish they played a different song on each one, either a BGM, or Image Song other than whats playing on these....it can get old. The pencil sharpeners are cute, I got the Hiyaku Shiki, Rick Dias, MKII and Zeta on top of my work computer.

You know you should do is compare shot the PG strike with the HG 1/60 so people can see the differences in looks and performance.

Gotta agree there, if its translating from your typical Japanese into what it would be interuperted to English, than its not so bad...I mean you still got something of higher quality by far to a bootleg....if you can still understand the story of whats going on, than enough said I think. dammit......I really want my box set....WHERE IS IT?!
