Good start, I'd probably think of investing in verticle stands if your gonna mount them on the wall but I don't even own any so meh. But that Vader sure looks better then mine.......dammit all.

I switched over to Media Classic after installing the pack, frak VLC, its been giving me issues for a month now. But Episode 2 was pretty good, but I'm dying to see some Mobile Suit VS Mobile Suit combat.

You know honestly, I don't like these "High def" codecs like MKV...its annoying as hell and only VLC plays it and VLC has been a real pain in my ass lately. Which means I haven't been able to play this movie

You know I lost count how many times someone brings up Megas XLR and its about cameo's of some anime reference...like Macross, Harlock etc. The only thing I can say is that its got a great seasoned cast like Wendee Lee (Faye From Cowboy Beebop, Kagero from Ninja Scroll, Twilight Suzuka in Outlaw Star), Clancy Brown (Commander Zim in Starship Troopers, Victor Kruger in Highlander) and Steven Jay Blum(Tom the robot on Cartoon Network, Spike in Cowboy Beebop, Agito Makashima Guyver, .S-CRY-ed as Kazuma, Mugen in Samurai Champloo)

You know, I always saw the Methuss as like the early stages of a prototype transforming mobile suit....if you look a it its just like "skeleton" like. No real waist, I don't think it can turn or twist its upper body...and if I remember right it always took damage, it was just a horrible mobile suit sometimes. I did take some pictures of the Strike.....it didn't turn out too bad...but these were all I could take at the time.

For a long time I used the Toyota Supra, I won it by pink slip from one of the black lists, then I used the Corvette which was another pink slip. Once I started getting the special upgrades in the back of the gradge I was untouchable. THEN ya get back your BMW.....and lemme tell you it was like comparing chocolate with crap.....I really missed my Corvette.

I just saw that there's an Intercooler coming out in April by Nyko, 20 bucks I think was the price tag....suppose to help keep the 360's life going and help cool down for longer periods of times.

Now if my memory is right, wasn't the concept sketch there myk is showing of the SDF-3 also in the first issue of the Shadow Chronicles comic?

It's a really good model, I really enjoyed putting it together. The Skygrasper is pretty much complete....man I was up till close to 1 AM putting all the detail together once I finished building it. I also realized how much detail I had missed on the painting end...so I started painting in some vent covers and before I knew it, I had a big grey smudge on a big white panel I was like "OHZ NO!" Luckly a lil rubbin and a lil scratching with the finger nail got it right off. Cockpit detail came out looking nice. I was really worried abou the canopy since there's no decal to give it the classic black outline for the frame. So I took a tooth pick and some black paint and colored it right up. Doesn't match the matte black I used on the nose, but it actually worked very well. I'll get some pictures when I completely finish the kit.

I finished the Gundam and the platform. I gotta paint the remaining normal suits and get them wired to the platform for Zero-G enviorment. The MKII is packed full of great detail and posability. However I couldn't get it to properly stand on one foot like its been shown to do...so I had it leaning against the platform. I also did what a few others have done with the OYW Gundam, I cut the fingers to be individually posable and it came out looking fantastic. I strongly recommend others in doing it for great acruacty. My sources have told me, and I've mentioned this many times that ADV is not doing as well as it would like to lead the public to think. Rumor has it alot of Employees have left for other groups like FUNImation and GENON entertainment, even Voice Actors are choosing not too take much part in ADV projects cause of its fiancial issues. They're saying it could be any time ADV will file for Bankruptcy, it could be a large reason why ADV is not taking in the Shadow Force production. I blame ADV for releasing so many damn version of Robotech that they lost more money.

Wow that's amazing. Sadly I already own the Platnium set have for well over a year now since it was a Christmas present. But still that's a damn good deal.

I got an entire leg done it does look pretty cool. The ball jointed hips could use a lil work cause a lil twist and they tend to wanna pop out of the leg. The only real painting I've done was too the pilot figures and soon I'm gonna do the tech normal suits and the cooling vents on the skirt armor and the head. I was almost tempted on doing an entire detail paint job to make it more mechanical like.....but considering I never show off the skeletal side of the MG's, I thought nah. I also finished painting the body parts of the Aile and Skygrasper and they look FANTASTIC. I'll do alot of detail work on that, pilot figures, cockpit, canopy, the works...I wont finish that till maybe next week honestly.....I'm gonna spend my time finishing the MKII. Oh, yeah that's a hobbytown bag. That place has been around long before I was even in Kindergarden. It's changed ownership over there a hundred times, always someone knew when I came there until the last 2 years. They use to sell a small selection of Macross and Gundam kits, even bought my first Macross kit from them, a 1/144 Miriya VF-1J. Then the model kits became totally none existant, it was all Starwars, StarTrek and cars and tanks. Then I'd say about 4 years ago they started getting a small variety and then when I started going in there every few weeks they carried more items cause I gave them product s/n's. That's how I got my OYW models.

I decided I wasn't gonna paint my MKII 2.0 for a few simple reasons, 1) Not enough paint, I barely have enough for the Aile Grasper. and 2) The colors just look phenomenal as they are. I got the feet done and I was pretty much just going "WOW" the amount of time it took me to do this was alot longer then the original...I can remember how long it took me to do the certain things on some model kits, and since the MKII is one of my favorite suits, I remember alot of the time I spent on that, and it wasn't much. But with this it took me a good hour to finish both the feet cause there are so many parts. 22 parts to finish off 1 foot. So I completed 44 pieces of the kit that's just amazing. The Ailegrasper is coming out nice. I finished off alot of the color, leaving some areas alone though. Like the "Camel Yellow" parts, I don't have the color and I didn't know I was gonna need it. I think yellow would be to bright, and orange would be too dark and I don't have enough orange paint left to finish the job. But the Black, Gunmetal, and Bright Red, Blue and Gray Violet on the parts are coming out FANTASTIC thus far. I should have most of the painting process completed tonight before I go to bed....gotta hit the sack earlier then usual. I start my new job at 8 AM monday.

Very interseting idea, and Duke's mind being set on the nuke and suddenly it reappears classic. Good episode, I didn't think much of it really...but it did cross my mind when a sympathizing group would appear...its a needed move in a series such as this. You'll always have the freaks who mistake their plea for peace as a weakness of surrender and they THINK they know the difference but they truely don't. Something I forgot to add was how the whole thing goes out of control. You got a group who believes in simple "protest" of the "government" or military rule and use words and spinning the issues. THEN you got those who are radical extremists who will use terror at their own bekon call to shake the minds of those who are keeping silent.

Hour and a half till I watch it........can't wait, I told my folks "You're not going to watch dancing with the stars cause BSG PWNZ THE PRODUCERS MOTHERS!"

Back on subject matter of Gunpla, I got really lucky today when I went to the hobby store to see what they had. Now that is lucky.

Only the comic series has been released, and the comics are suppose to give some background information on how the Shadow Chronicles was going in production. With the end of the comic series here, should symbolize the release of the movie.......yet nothing has happened yet.

well I would guess slow down for a heavy free movement mecha could would be obvious espically for Gundam...but sadly I can't play OYW cause I don't want to mod myPS2 nor do I have enough money to buy a modded PS2.....sooooooooooooooooooooo Battle Tactics for my PSP is good enough for me. I'll just sit around playing Guilty Gear XX on my PSP, I love it.

RX-78-0 shold be interesting to see. On a completely unrelated note, I bought Gundam Battle Tactics for my PSP, I saw alot of good reviews for it compared to the Giren game for the DC that got re-released for the PSP.... But I couldn't pass GBT cause its got the white dingo GM and a few other mobile suits I loved in the UC universe.
