    Yeah Panzer Dragoon was probably it. I know it's supposed to be a stupid expensive game on the Saturn......unless you want Japanese. Funny....if it's a Japanese saturn game, super cheap. American released Saturn game.....get a bank loan.

    You mean Mylene's drugging incident by her Producer? I mean, IYKYK I guess is the internet saying. I just finished Zero, and truthfully it was a bit painful to watch it. The closed caption isn't that terrible, but it sure isn't fun to deal with. I kind of figure programs like 7, Frontier and Delta to be the most problematic but I guess, wait and see.

    From what I just watched, he spent the majority of the film bashing the fact that it didn't get many views, blames a lot of it on Acolyte which even with that show being canceled people STILL wanna talk about it so......yeah. But also pointed out that he thinks people won't give a rats ass about Star Wars unless it has characters everyone is already familiar with or already has a built in fanbase. Which he isn't wrong, you tend to get more enjoyment seeing characters and actors coming back repraising their roles. But I also like new content. And now that I'm finished with Skeleton Crew, I sort of liked it, but I'm a bit disappointed in how it ended which was rather meek. It could have used 1 more episode.

    Just got my G2 Breakdown from Amazon. Pretty much what I thought he would be, I got a lil miffed at first though cause his windows are semi translucent pearl color, while Deadend was just Silver paint. Then I remembered, Hasbro went stupid cheap on Deadend and just molded all that into him to save money whereas the other figures actually are translucent plastic. Kind of wondering though if Hasbro is gonna finish the set for Wildrider and Motormaster being the remaining to get a G2 Menasor. I have yet to see any listings and they shouldn't take so damn long on just repainting.

    Looks like it was on Playstation. when I look at that name I'm thinking of something that might have been on the Saturn but I don't think that's right... That's an easy buy, def think I'll get it on the switch.

    For me I just see a lot of passes. But I'll be curious on the Haslab announcement. The RID Optimus/Magnus set was the only one I passed on.

    I kind of assumed Pioneer would be the better brand to go with if I were to try to get a Laserdisc setup. I do tend to remember back when anime clubs were a thing, they would just buy discs straight from japan cause they were somehow cheaper than in the US, and use those and some typeset equipment to do the subtitles then pump 'em out on VHS for the clubs so people could get copies of such. I used to have a crap ton of copies of various shows I wanted to watch, I got super excited when I came across the entire 0083 series but could only take 1 tape at a time. Funny enough I was just watching a comparison video of T2 footage from VHS, LD, DVD, Bluray and 4K. LD was pretty much just as comparable to VHS with just subtle changes....and even though it's been maybe over a year since I saw the 4K variant I own, the Blu-ray looked the best. But the LD and VHS versions just take me back to a way happier time for me. guess always will.

    The thought crossed my mind on trying to find a CED to add to the collection, movies aren't hard to come by on the format, and there are several models out there to choose from. But the pricing on working units are just to gosh darn high. And with parts pretty much close to non-existent and hearing that CED records tend to scratch and decay very easily I guess it just puts it off the table and not to much no repair shop will touch them at all. Though I'm not opposed to buying a Laserdisc honestly, I always liked the format and there's some really good movies to own out there, such as untouched Star Wars....don't get me wrong I own the gold band DVD's from back in the days and those are about as untouched as it gets as well. But it's just owning a piece of history that I like, which is why I have so much retro console stuff stored up over the last year it just helps me remember a better time in my life. Laserdisc players are still rather expensive, but think when the time comes I'll come across a good unit and just sit back and enjoy.

    Since we were talking about a 40+ tv, I came across this, I don't have any memory of these ever existing, probably because these were discontinued shortly after I was born and it never took off with anyone I ever knew growing up. Laser Disc was a different story, but this, seemed really interesting. I did look up these CED's after viewing this and see quite a few in the market, but almost not a single one of them work and getting any kind of parts is next to impossible or as expensive as the player itself. Though I did find tons and tons of movies, just not working players.

    not surprised, with the little of updates posted, no trailers outside the original, one studio dropping off the face of the earth and the other not really giving much of a care, it was time.

    maybe the trailer decals to help that interior on the next paycheck, right now I can't cause I blew everything on him, Stellarus and Frenzy...wish they had Rumble where I got him, hell even wanted Gears but they didn't have him at the store, somewhere in the warehouse instead.

    and I think megatron makes a human friend or some BS thing like that....I dunno, Earthspark is weird and is a lil woke for me so I don't really care to watch it, plus I'm not keen on the character designs and animation, sorta why I don't even bother with RID, not into the look. I managed to score SS86 Optimus yesterday, pretty smart engineering on this figure! Sure, I don't like the kibble compressing backpack at all, but at least he's not flat and bare backed like other figures tend to make him. I think my only complaint is that the trailer hitch is terrible! It's really loose in comparison to the ER version maybe, it's been years since I even transformed that particular figure so I can't really recall, but I just know I don't like how it feels. And rather bummed out again on the trailer just being molded plastic and no color separation or neat panel details and colors inside when you tear it open into the repair bay. I would have liked something to go with it for all that money.

    I just got back a bit ago from Toydojo, I was able to get 90% of what I was looking for but sadly they didn't have Gears at the store and didn't wanna go to the warehouse to grab him despite making such a big purchase lol, oh well. I did as I said, get Stellarus, owner said that since the unveiling of Star OP and having Stellarus $20 off he's been seeing an uptick on it selling. My copy is incredibly stiff, gun turrets, head, appendages, the works, stiff, I didn't have the leg compression issue, yet, it's certainly sensitive, but he held together quite fine while fiddling and getting him to pose and he came with the lock-in parts if it does happen. Iwish there was more to this figure than just his ion cannon.....either a mini Rodimus or the Zodiac orb, SOMETHING.

    From what I've seen is that it's shipped in multiple boxes for assembly. It resembles to much to me of the FOC Metroplex to make the cost worth it when I already have a FOC Metroplex. Just because you slap a crap ton of cannons on it and make it 4 feet tall doesn't constitute it as being cool and a must have. Not to mention I can't justify the price tag on this thing, way to expensive and could use a lot more color separation.

    heading to a shop out of town tomorrow, decided I'm going to pickup Stellarus, the stock the shop I'm going too has the fixed qc issues so they say, and I'd rather have that than the titan class Star OP. Maybe find some other stuff but not sure exactly what yet....this shop tends to stock more 3rd party figures than anything.

    I'm a lil bummed out by a Trypticon re-release considering I bought him I think last year at a slightly inflated price at a game store that someone traded him for probably a copy of COD. I mean I got him after years of putting him aside so really I got no interest in a color accurate release. As for Devastator being showed off, I do have one lil thing I wish they would include with these and that's an alternate faceplate seeing how he's been depicted famously with both a pair of eyes and a solid visor.

    That's pretty cool, I never would have thought the CRT's got that big unless it was just some gimmick thing. I don't even remember what my biggest CRT was growing up, but it had to be in the 30's range. I DO remember my last CRT was a Toshiba VHS/DVD combo 20''. We gave it away to a gal who was moving into a new home after her previous had burned down. SADLY the night she was heading home with said TV, she got into a wreck and the TV was destroyed.

    Early numbers are in as kids are getting off of school early and parents take them to the theater for the holiday season! it looks like I gotta eat my words from November as critic scores sit at 85% but early audience reactions are at 98%, already planning to kick the snot out of disneys unnecessary prequel, Mufasa, and maybe size up Wicked and Moana 2. I got my ticket for tomorrow at 8:30 am lol!

    Amazon has them available for pre-order, Aerialbots, & G2 Grimlock are locked in, at least they're spread out by a month since it's a good 200 bucks. But I'll skip on Star Optimus, I was kind of setting myself up at some point to get Super Megatron and since those two are apart of the same storyline if I remember right, I would rather get Stellarus in the next few months then Super Megatron to be a good pair. There's something about this TItan class version that doesn't set well with me, I know he's supposed to be a big robot now at this point, it's maybe the vehicle mode looking so stiff, or how terribly hollow and bland his base mode is or how chunky he looks in robot mode, I dunno maybe all three. But I just can't do it!
