Huh they charged you already?You sure it wasn't the VF-1A you got charged on cause the VF-1J is still shown for an end of October release...and it'll really be like end of November when they probably charge you seeing how they kept pushing the date back an extr amonth.

Wasn't bad, though I don't really like the idea of a season 1.5 when we've already had a clone wars series. Just wish we could finally span away from it and do either something completely different either WAY before any of this happened, or WAY after the final film. But it did look ok in HD.

Ah, I see, so I'm guessing since this is a transformable model kit afterall, to clear coat the parts after you clean them before putting it all together? Then I guess when you got certain pieces done, to either start decaling or washing the parts? OR decal AND THEN wash? Then clear coat again to seal everything in place?

Looks like my patches from HLJ have shipped since I'm being charged, sadly I'm still gonna be missing 1 Frontier 25 patch for the shoulders...and they're on backorder....but atleast not discountined!

great job jarrod, that's one wonderful looking VF-25! Did you use the decals or the sticker sheet on those? Also, I watched the whole 20 minutes on that promodeler website on panel linning, I get the jest o fit but I HAVE TOO apply some sort of a clear coat on the model first before I go and wash the parts? : / The only thing I"m gonna be able to find in my area is that Tamiya Clear Coat, is that gonna be alright?

That'd be kind of fun to have, I'm sure those things are pretty big. I paid 50 for the kit, and 10 for shipping 1-3 expediate.......now it's 60 dollars for the kit and probably another 10 for the shipping.

I can totally see online shops just jacking the prices on these things considerably since the show obviously was successful and the first model kit sold out like it were nothing. Image Anime jacked up the price from a 49.99 pre ordering to now 60 flat and other sites listing pre order or sold out were close to 70. Pushing it pretty hard on that.

I was wondering that myself....should i clear spray the model to seal those decals to the part, and do i want to do that every part that has decals, or just wait until I finish the kit and then do it? My guess every part that has it so its not missing spots. also wanted to get some clear blue for the camopy, and clear green for the battroids visor...so do I want to do that outter or inner sides of the clear parts? or hell, both in and out sides? I wanna make this kit pretty gorgeous.

I suppose, my ex gf told me that in other countries they're a little less strick on cosplay regulations so you can show off a bit more depending on the character. If the character calls for something sexy and revealing it's okay based on your age or something. However hear in the states, if you show off a bit to much then the brigade comes by and says "here's a towel" or duct tape. Which makes sense seeing how many female anime fans are under the age of 18 and there are minors in the area. But seeing how we all learn what sex is when we're in elementary school, it shouldn't be that huge of a deal....or whatever that's just my opinion on the sexy revealing cosplay matter. I haven't heard back from Cosplay1.com for my quote yet, I'm a bit dissapointed by that, but if I don't hear back from them on my payday then I'm doing other things with my big fat paycheck.

Upgrades for your Valkyrie, and a few minor title pieces will probably show up in english, but the entire ingame text/dialouge will be in japanese. If this game places at all like the previous gundam games this wont be a problem to figure out.

Tonights episode atleast revealed Cameron's past and her origins, very interesting, and at the sametime very sad. Next episode I hope will be bad ass.

Exactly, the V1 1/60 was hand sculpted mold versus the V2 which was autocad designed and was incorperating similar features of the 1/48. LAF is now listing the Hikaru VF-1A's for later this week for shipping........dammit

i rented it today, looked at the special features, saw ntohing so I checked out the trailer and was like, "Ah, now I see the connection between Robocop and Terminator!".......the trailer ripped off the Terminator theme......how lame.

So close that here's the first ten minutes of the film Now if you actually clicked on that then you so fell for it lol. But no seriously, the film is very near, I'd say it's like 98%. I've got Cristina as the ONLY major voice that needs to be filled and voices for a few minors of just like fills in, nothing big that should hold the film back another week after everyone is finished. I think honestly everyone will be pretty impressed over the accomplishment, and I'm hoping they'll enjoy what they watch cause it's almost 4 years in the making and took alot of effort and lots of recasting to get it done.

God I remember these, this was like ay back when yamato was releasing the arly 1/60s and the 1/48s were jut aout to come out. They had Roy and hikarus helmet with the shoulder harnesses, and were limited to I believe 1,000 units and were sold out instantly. I believe a few big wigs here on the boards have 'em for their collection. If they re relreased them, i would be surprised as hell as theyre expensive as hell and they would just limit the units gain. its like seeing the original bulkielee's lowviz valks, you know theyre out there, but ever actually getting one without your wallet feeling like it went to prison is slim to none.
