    Noticed that a few days ago. I hope these can do the same thing. It looks very odd with the super football pads, or maybe something similar to that old style of women wearing the business jackets with the super stuffed shoulders.

    In battroid mode, the shoulders look extremely wide on this thing...moreso than the 17S. I wonder if that is one of the design flaws, or if it's just the color that puts it in the forefront.

    99.9% and it's been there for about 4 hours and o kb/s. I should've been done about 5 hours ago, but it just choked.

    That still sucks to not hear anything for 2 months. If you are paying someone to work on an item for you, and they're going to keep the item in their posession for a long time, you should expect them to communicate with you. Hell, it should be at least once a week, even if it's to say "I didn't do any work on it this week". Whether or not he goes on the Blacklist is totally up to you, but I'll definitely keep that name in mind of who not to use. There's just way too many sketchy people out there. I know we all wanna think the best of people, but in my line of work, you don't necessarily have that optimistic outlook on the general populace. Trust needs to be earned, not just granted, at least in my opinion. Anyways, I'm ranting some. I'm glad he did contact you. Hopefully you do get the item back in good standing, and that all parties are satisfied. Wish you all the best in seeing this thread close due to good handling.

    The fact that HG has to be involved, is a downer. I don't know anyone who stil plays the Robotech RPGs, but I'm sure there are those that'd still buy them for dioramas, hobby kits, and just to collect. The $15 mark, is that a goal for a complete set, or for one item?

    It's not even close to being done. Just have the leg parts here. Probably need some tweeking, but it does work. I'll be updating the thread I started soon, and hopefully will have more pics later.

    It's definitely not going to be cheap. I've already bought leg parts that come out to $90, for one leg. Good news, is that the parts work great and it's possible to finish. Bad news, $$$$$, and a long buildup.

    I'd snap pics of mine, but it's in two different locations now, ad my cases just have tons of boxes stashed in them. When we move, I'm probably going to go with custom cases. I'd also like to put up some of the posters I have.

    Thanks...much appreciated. It's running a bit faster, only 50 kb/s on average. Compared to earlier 2.2 kb/s it's at lightning speed now. Once I get it, I'll keep it seeded as well, as to get it out there faster. Yep and at this point, it's telling me only 4.5 days to go

    Downloading now. At this rate, it'll be about 5 days to a week. It spikes up, then goes down, so hope it averages out on the high side. Once these are done, I will try to put them on BD.

    I still can't believe people are going bat$h!t crazy over this thing. The white color just kills it for the toy in my opinion. The strange thing is, I almost feel like I have to buy one to get the CF version, but with people oddly going nuts over it, I don't need to feel like that.

    I have t agree, the "Switch On" song does kinda have a vintage No Doubt sound. Agreed, I learned to play guitar to that album.

    I'm personally happy with nothing coming from them. If they can't do anything original or creative worthwhile, don't do anything at all.

    I ended up buying 1 S, 1 A, and 2 J kits. I really want to customize these, so just waiting for the right custom job to work on. I was going to do a M & M version with the 1Js, but I'd want to die them, not paint them. There's no way the blue and red paints would hold up on the plastic during transformation. They really, really need to reissue them.

    Well, you can agree, but that still doesn't change the reasons why it didn't move forward, and that was an overwhelming bad response by the fans. Also, just because it didn't happen the same way with other shows, doesn't mean that HG has to, or would follow suit. To use Beast Wars, or BSG as a referrence doesn't work, especially for a company that doesn't necessarily do production. As for Netter Digital going bankrupt, I know that was one of the issues that made the decision easier, but not he deciding factor. It seems in every case where a planned series failed, it had more than one reason. I think he did mention that, and from the research I got years ago, it did do well enough. As for why we're here years later with no sequel, have you read these forums? There's been the issue with WB floating around for IDK, at least 4 years now? Be it to make way for the live action, or for whatever reason they wanna give, I'm sure if WB said to wait, HG is going to wait. As for you not being sure about marketing research, what are you not sure about?
