    Mine is here. Just came in via Fedex (which trumps all other shippers in speed). The box is frakkin' hot!!! Love Tenjin's work on it. All the little pieces of swag are a very nice touch, and I'm glad it came with them. In a bit, I'm going to watch the Bluray on the new t.v., so here's finger's crossed for no glitches. BTW, playing it on a PS3 that is up to date with the downloads.

    Armor will be good for the 25S. I never got the original armor pack, so this will be a first for me. I'm pretty excited about it.

    Either way, at worst case, board up the glass with black large construction paper. They have a microwave there too, so popcorn might be good. It'll be about as close to a movie theater as possible, I think. Call me later today. My copy just came in.

    LOL, meant to say a small entry fee can cover the expenses. I'd love to watch this amongst fellow fans, and with a great sound systema and big screen.

    EXO, how about where they do the TF gatherings? It's also possible to rent the sound system, projector and screen as well, and if the price is decent enough, and there's enough people, the fee can cover the expenses, and just make it an unofficial MW gathering..

    While storywise, Macross II wasn't the greatest of OVAs, the valkyries were really good. The VF-2SS, 2JA, are both awesome looking valks. While I don't think Yamato will go this route (as Kawamori didn't design these), it's nice to hope.

    If the initial sales look great, and then it drops off the face of the map, I'm sure the company would be looking at second hand sales as much as possible.

    I just want to know, who we can blame for the decision to alter a pretty flawless movie, and add/detract things from it? All this changing of the movie only seems to have pissed people off. If it came from higher ups, I'll gladly point my finger there, but c'mon. Do people not understand that changes to things that are classics have NEVER resulted in better acceptance. NEVER.

    Well, here's to hoping that happens. I'm not going to hold my breath for them becoming easily available, but it would be great if it happens.

    No, I just want them to look clean when I buy them. I'm not one to recast other people's work, unless it's something they've asked me to do. I don't like people doing it with my stuff, so I wouldn't do it to someone else's stuff.I don't know if you've ordered stuff in the Ultra frosted detail, but it is much easier to clean and paint, and will take thinner designs, but the trade off is the price.

    If only they made toys of those, I'd be all over them. Not interested in paying through the nose for resin kits that will be next to impossible to get.

    Kurisama, keep the original design up, as it should work with the frosted ultra detail. That material has the lowest limits on structure requirements. I may just get it in that, but or those that don't want to pay that money, they can use the WSF or WSF Polished on the fixed version.

    I have just about every one of them, with the exception of 3 or 4. If they are going to make these available, I hope they sell them separately from the valks. It'd be nice to be able to get these parts for those that want them for all their valkyries. I can understand having them come with odd colored valkyries, but what can you do. EXO made a set that covered the sides, neck and a seat awhile back ago, and while I don't know how many people bought them, there still seems to be a demand for them. If Yamato doesn't do it, we're left to our own creativity.

    Man, what the hell is up with Shapeways. They can't print the HMM missile set either. I don't think they even tried. They are starting to suck now. They cancelled my order, then instead of refunding my money, decided to give me a store credit.

    Well, considering Bandai wanted to sell the VF-25, if they made the 171 too badass, I don't think there'd be a need for the 25 in the series. It's a story designed to sell merchandise, and build the overall franchise. If they do make the CF version, I hope they make the accessories, like the radome.

    Is Ami Ami a place holder as well, or did that sell out already? Second question, is it just me, or does HLJ seem to have increased the price of their shipping,...by a lot.? If that's the case, I may not make them my first choice anymore.

    I thought about this myself, and while I don't think there's any "official" reasoning, my best guess would be that the various colonies use different fighters from different companies, and advertising and performance are important in selling weapons to the various colonies? I dunno, just my guess.

    I'm not big on the 3D gimmick, at all. I find it distracting from what's really there, especially if it's not originally shot in 3D. I'd leave this as 2D. As for subbing the Minmay songs, I'd suggest doing it. having subs of the song shouldn't take up too much space, if done right. That's my $0.02.

    Seeing those colors makes me even happier for the color scheme coming. I know it's probably just paint, and not the final color, but it looks damn good. I'll still probably get two.

    I've been playing the live video everyday about 5 times a day since it's been found. LOL, I'm having a Mospeada renaissance in my head.

    Shapeways is really starting to piss me off. The VA-3 project I'm working on had some parts I ordered sent just fine. Apparently now, they're not fine. What's even more frustrating, is that the thickness is within the range. For some reason, they've gotten worse as far as their tolerances, so I'm wondering if they got cheaper printers in or something? I try to use the Ultra clear detail stuff for things with smaller tolerances, and that seems to work fine. I also just ordered a 4 set of the HMM missile set of 4. Funny thing is, I was working on a set of these up till about 2 months ago. At least now I don't have to finish. I do have a question though, any updates on the Rau cannon?
